We needed an off-sized nut and this place had it! We had our part with us and they even installed it! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Prices are on point! This place is the best in town! We will be back!

Friendly staff, when I call or email they always try to help me get what I need. If they don't have an item, they will let you know when it may come in. Good prices as well.

Very helpful and great selection. I have a home project and this place has screws you wont find and Home Depot or Lowe's. Check them out but call first so they can check on their supplies first.

What a rip off. I bought four 3/4" carriage bolts which they charged me $5, at Home Depot the same bolts but 1" were .23 each. So I ask why so much and he points to a sign saying $5 minimum purchase. Never going back. Next time I'll go to Hardware Hawaii or Fastenal.

My husband sent me out on a mission to find a 6/32 3 1/2 inch screw. After coming up empty at City Mill, Lowes, and Home Depot, I tried Hawaii Nut and Bolts. I arrived there at closing time. And instead of saying they were closed a wonderful young man named Rex looked for the screw. He told me that unfortunetly they did not have that size. But instead of saying "no I'm sorry" he asked what exactly it was needed for. This was my husband's project and I was just the gofer. He was happy to speak with my husband on the phone and came up with an alternative that worked for the project. What outstanding customer service!!Thanks Rex!

Reading these other reviews cracked me up. Because they were all in my position. Today I searched everywhere trying to find some nuts and washers for my ubolt. The staff went way over above and beyond to help me. Even jumping under my truck to find the exact fit. I can't tell you how much I recommend this place and I promise to bring my business back to this place. They made my day.

Yes this company deserves a 4 star rating. Very knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for nuts n bolts. They sell tools too!I walked in for the first time recently, no account there, never even been there before. I had a problem finding the place even with GPS going. LOL Going mauka on Ahua St, the signage is not readily visible.I was looking for a non-standard nut and bolt for a project my son and I are doing. It was not in the computer and the associate took the time to get the size of bolt I wanted and a thread gauge to measure the number of threads. As I walked toward the entrance, I was complemented on my vehicle. I was looking for a factory bolt for my Toyota. I got a good grade bolt that will replace what I now have. Bought a few more as a spare and to share with a friend.
