Hawaii Lion Dance Association

A very close family and kid oriented group that anyone can join. No fee to join and learn Kung fu sets and lion dance.Their motto is fellowship, fun and fitness. Performances for weddings, birthdays, graduation, etc. are professional, fun and entertaining and their lions are beautiful. Cubby lions are also so cute. They are on time or usually early, are patient and understanding and works it out with the party coordinator.Can't wait until Choy Cheng to watch and film their lions perform their skits and play fireworks again in chinatown, Ala Moana and other stores.

Saw this group perform at the Chinese New Year Celebration at the Chinatown cultural plaza todayVery enthusiastic and fun filled performance. Lion dances are very enjoyable and are a tradition for grand openings, birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions here in Hawaii. I loved the colors of this particular lion constume. The group did multiple acts, including an act that including soft drinks (for the performers who've been dancing all day) and crushing the cans. It was something new that I hadn't seen before. The performers were smily and focused on their performanceGot some good pictures of the lion dance today. I think they did an awesome job

This is second time I hired them! as always awesome performance!!!!! I highly recommend HLDA they are a bunch of energetic fun people

Great group of guys, very enthusiastic, great with kids. Had them come over to our shop and the restaurant next door. Would most definitely recommend them
