Yes!! Get this! Just do it! Believe me!! Why? Website response , reservations, confirmations....EASY, RESPONSIVE, and informative! Mr. Tui & his lil helper were TOP NOTCH! Set up was fast, and honestly these two HAVE MAAAJJOOORRR PATIENCE!!!!!!!!!Almost 20 + children all amped up on sugar, jumping with excitement, and asking you a billion questions simultaneously!!!?!?!...But these two were so calm, took each kid seriously, and help, fix stuff THE WHOLE TIME!!!!!!! Will def rent again!!!Thank you so much!!!

I could not be more disappointed. I made a reservation more than a month prior to my requested party date for my son who was going to have surgery just a few days after this early birthday party. I received a confirmation almost immediately, then I sent out the invitations and made all the plans to go along with this. Just 9 days prior to the party I received an email saying they'd mistakenly double booked and could not do my party but they'd be happy to reschedule and just charge half price. HOWEVER, when I replied several times to their email asking what dates and times would work (I only had the upcoming weekend to scramble to do or the same weekend at a different time), they NEVER REPLIED (it's been a week so far). So, not only was I now having to frantically try and find alternate plans at the last minute, dealing with a devastated little boy, and contacting all the parents to explain the other plans and hope their kids could make it (had to completely change the date and time of the party due to no availability at most places since it was so last minute), I was also now paying double to accommodate the amount of guests we'd invited based on having the truck. If I'd just received a response to my frantic emails begging for them to help find another date and time that would work, I wouldn't be so upset. But this truly showed me how important their customers are to them. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Beyond my expectations! Seriously the Rolls Royce of Game Trucks! Let me set the mood... Stressed out Single Mother in the Military throwing a belated birthday party for my 11 year old son. Add... We are smack dab in the middle of moving to Texas. We were lucky enough to get stationed in Hawai'i and be surrounded by my family. Now it's time to leave. My son is seriously devastated and I had to make sure his last birthday party was EPIC. Hawai'i Game Truck DELIVERED! He has not stopped raving about his gamer experience that he was able to share with all his friends and cousins! I totally won Mom of the Decade award. Score!!!! I have no idea how I am going to one up this party next year! Even the adults got in on the fun! Pretty sure they enjoyed it more than the kids!The owners are nothing short of AMAZING! So much Aloha!!!! You can see the pride they take in the services they offer. To top it off they constantly are giving back to the community. Super inspirational! Super grateful! Mahalo nui loa!

I am now the coolest mom on the block LOL! This truck was perfect for my son's 11th birthday party. It showed up on time, the owner was very nice and accommodating to the boys. The AC inside is a major plus on these warm Hawaiian days as well. The game truck kept 25 11-12 year old boys entertained for two hours, and all the parents were able to sit down and relax. Anything that is able to keep boys busy is magical in my eyes. Thank you Hawaii Game Truck for making my son's party amazing, I am still getting text messages from parents saying their kids can't stop talking about it! :)

Love Hawaii Game Truck! Great for birthday parties for today's kids (or adults) Also what a great option to have at a adult party! Keeps the kids occupied and having their own fun. Hawaii Game Truck was a hit at a recent school open house event! Tui is super friendly and relaxed. He truly loves his clients, loves the business, and helps his guests have an amazing time. Highly recommended!

They had the gamers entertained the whole night! It was a great experience to have them at our Project Grad event!

What an amazing way to bring fun & excitement anywhere. The Game Truck came out to our Crossfit gym for a birthday celebration and celebration of the Opens season closing. Kids absolutely loved it, adults seemed to live it even more! Such a safe ans fun way to celebrate & entertain. Great & friendly arrive to top it off!! Highly highly recommend!!

They were so awesome! From beginning to end.. all of the children and adults had so much fun, they came early to set up, get them you and your child will not regret it. Thank you !

I would have given them 6 stars if I could have. I just had a party for my son's 12th birthday last night. It was HUGELY successful. We had a total of 26 kids, and even the parents had their chance to play. Inside the truck it is AC, these party lights that make it exciting, and five big screen TVs for the kids to play on. Outside there are two more big screen TVs. You can select which consoles you want the bus to have and ask for particular games. They'll do their best to have it. I originally reserved for 2 hours, but it wasn't enough for the amount of fun the kids were having, so I was able to extend it another hour. A lot of the best parents said they'd never heard of it before and were very impressed. If you're having a party for anyone who loves video games (including adults) I highly recommend this business.
