Hawaii Flower Lei

Hawai'i Flower Lei got my lei's and haku flown to my son for his wedding in Pennsylvania on time and in perfect condition fresh and magically beautiful!!!

Unfortunately, I have to write a one star review. I placed TWO separate graduation lei orders, on TWO different days, using TWO different payment methods on TWO different devices (my laptop and my iPad). One order was placed on May 16th for 4 leis to be shipped to Saratoga, CA and another order placed on May 17th. Both orders were charged and I received confirmation emails for both orders, so I was confident. HOWEVER, there was only 1 order number and ONLY 1 ORDER arrived. As fate would have it - the larger order with 4 leis did NOT arrive and we were left with NOTHING for graduation.While the company refunded the money - I would have expected an additional credit to be used at the company for their HUGE mistake, our inconvenience, and to try and repair/appease repeat customers. OR, to work with a florist in our area. Unfortunately, it was only words and no actions for this company. We will NOT be returning - there are OTHER lei companies which will go above and beyond.

I purchased some leis and bracelets for my wedding. Compared to other companies, their prices are on affordable side, especially if you are planning to buy in bulk. Their flower quality is AMAZING! it's very beautiful and last for a long time. When I went to pick up the flowers, a guy who works there explained how to take care of them but honestly I didn't even have time to follow those instructions since I was extremely busy. Still yet those flowers looked amazing on the wedding day and even few days after. On top of the excellent quality, their customer service is also great! They are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a long lasting beautiful flowers! Mahalo Nui :):)

Hawaii Flower Lei is the only way to order fresh flower leis to mainland east coast! I am located in northern New Jersey and have placed two orders with them so far. The customer service and timeliness of deliveries are exceptional. I placed my most recent order and called twice to make adjustments to the types of leis due to changes in my guest list. Natasha at Hawaii Flower Lei was super helpful and professional both times I spoke to her. Thank you, Natasha, for making the lei ordering process so easy!

Aloha I live in California now and ordered my hakus and leis from Hawaii flower lei and customer service was awesome the lady on the phone was nice and understanding very good communication I got my leis and hakus on time the day before our reception and the best thing is it was all fresh mahalo aupito. So sorry for the late post I was the one had the reception on September 30th so sorry I'll be ordering again count on it

My fiancé had never been to Hawaii, so I really wanted to make it a special trip. I wanted to get fancy leis for us during our trip and I was lucky enough to find this place online. I looked around at the competition and their prices were very competitive and they had a great selection.I made our order about two weeks in advance and since we were there I decided to pick it up instead of having it delivered. It was a little difficult to find, even with their directions and mini map, but I called and they were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, she showed my my order and the leis were perfect and gorgeous!! I LOVED THEM.She also went above and beyond. Since it was Valentine's Day, I had a last minute idea to get special tropical flowers for my fiancé and I wanted to build my own beautiful, tropical bouquet. Unfortunately, all the places I went to only had roses and carnations. She told me about a few different places and after calling one she suggested a place walking distance away. So, I was getting ready to take my beautiful box of leis on the road and she actually walked me down to the main road and mapped out where I needed to go. I was so appreciative and I found the tropical bouquet flowers I was looking for, too.Service was exceptional, my leis were beyond gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to ordering from them again some time and I'd even consider having them shipped to me, too. I would recommend Hawaii Flower Lei any day of the week.

We were so very happy with the graduation leis that we ordered from Ohio and had delivered to our hotel in California! They arrived in one day instead of two, and they were well packaged with insulating foam and ice packs inside a sturdy cardboard box. We ordered the Double White Orchid & Carnation Lei with Red Carnations, which I could not find locally in California (I could only find all carnation leis that were more expensive and not as Hawaiian looking). Thank you Hawaii Flower Lei!!

It's not common to see graduation leis in Maryland, Virgina and DC area! That's what made is so special for my son and his friends. The flowers arrived on time and nicely packed. Clear instructions to keep in the fridge. Our flowers lasted about a little over a week. The flowers were vibrant and beautiful, the candy and fortune cookies were so much fun, and the Money leis is a creative way to give to your graduate on graduation day! I would highly recommend Hawaii Flower Lei to all my friends and family for any occasion. Thank you!

I was impressed with how quickly the leis were shipped to Oregon! They arrived fresh, beautifully fragrant, and packaged with care. Perfect for graduations or college events. Highly recommend!
