Can't recommend this place enough! I placed a custom order for 1 dozen gluten free cupcakes for my daughter's birthday (the teacher is gluten free) and they turned out amazing! I could not taste the difference between GF and a regular cupcake. Tara, (whom I believe is the owner?) was so helpful and had really great customer service!

Owner here Tara was so easy to work with despite my confusing schedule. They offer pick up or delivery, which was also super helpful. I placed an order of a dozen. I split the flavors into 3. So I had 4 Red velvet, 4 oreo cookies and cream, and 4 vanilla coffee buttercream. The overall favorite was the red velvet with cheesecake frosting. We fully enjoyed all cupcakes and appreciated the reliability of this small business. 10/10 from cupcake quality to customer service!!!

So happened to be off and was in the Sand Island area after a nice brunch. I decided to pick up super rolls from 99 Diem Cafe to bring home and noticed a new cupcake store at the end of the strip mall. I circled back around and just made it before they closed at 1 pm. I was greeted by the owner Tara. She was really nice and friendly. They had a few selection of cupcakes left and some 2-pack cookies which I bought for myself and others. The one I got was the cake-like cookies. These were good but I love my cookies crunchy. As for the cupcakes, I had a choice of Oreo, carrot cake, chocolate with cherry frosting. I love the cherry frosting on the chocolate cupcake but the star cupcake was the carrot cake which she had that week since it was just past Mother's Day and it was her mom's favorite which she had made some for Mother's Day. It was divine and I like that her cupcakes' frosting weren't heavy or too sweet. Usually the store bought cupcakes, I would knock off the butter cream frosting because it's too sweet for me. I'm glad some places make those whipped frosting.She also had some health products on the counter and how it has helped her. It was interesting especially the digestive enzyme. Store is open from Tuesday -Thursday from 8am-1pm. She makes her cupcake to order and by scratch using the finest and freshest ingredients available locally. There were buttons you can help yourself to and it said " Accept your Greatness!" . I'm glad I stopped by and was able to buy some yummy cupcakes and cookies.

I'm always looking for a really good cupcake, and Hawaii Cupcake Factory does it right. The cupcake is moist and delicious, and sometimes, you'll find some fun flavor combinations.I found this shop by accident. I was buying lunch at Streats of Aloha, which has great plate lunches. Hawaii Cupcake Factory is just next door. You'll find cake pops and cookies there too. Today, I got their red velvet and chocolate peanut butter cupcakes. Check out their stuffed cupcakes, too. There was a peanut butter and jelly that I will try another day!I have bought my friends a cupcake to brighten their day. It always brings a smile. The singles come in a cute box with a window. Who wouldn't like it?

Wonderfully warm welcome as I entered for the first time! Beautifully decorated cupcakes got me excited! The website showcase all of the flavors vibrantly! Had to order a dozen in different flavors and boy it was yummy!!! Can't wait to order her custom cakes and mochi!

Cupcakes were quite yummy!!Tara was very nice and helpful when I called for availability. They had my items ready when I got there to pick up.
