The line of products are amazing and they will honor certain brands that are known to backfire. They always make sure you test your vapes before you leave the store and try their best to honor you and help with defective products and idk of anyone else that extends those courtesy to their customers. At one pint they were the only ones so I haven't gone anywhere else in years! Service is a 9 out of 10 which is amazing in the customer service industry as hardly anyone gets a 10 out of 10. They have good pricing and deals. In my mind they truly are not inky Hawaii's cheapest vapes but also best in class! Keep up with the good work guys! With several locations I'm sure you'll find a shop near you as there's something for everyone!

Con artists. Walked in knowing what i want. Scoped the product. Chose a product and looked at the price tag as anyone does when buying something and i saw a green sticker for 14.99 and the woman ripped the sticker off before i notice and charged me 19.99 doesn't sound like a huge deal for $5 but if they aren't trustworthy they don't deserve business. Do better Hawaii Cheapest Vape. Seriously.

Kayli and Marlie (sorry if I spell your name wrong). But y'all were super helpful. I was in and out in 5min recommended something I was looking for in less than 10 seconds. Knew their stuff. They were funny too, but none the less efficient. Hard working, I came in and they were stocking and cleaning the place. Don't see that often. See ya guys again.

No, I'm not an ex employee as I see the management responds back to all negative reviews with a cut and paste "weird." Absolutely no respect or regard to customers withridiculous exhchane policy. They knowingly sell defective products and will tell you it may be defective if so, just bring them back, so I came back within 20 minutes. Management said I had to stick with the same brand and flavor that was defective "WHAT" so one by one box by box had to keep trying as they were all misfiringAfter 3 of the same flavor of misfires, they would give me a new flavor. Keep in mind its busy, and we have gone through no joke at least 20 to 24 junk vapes. I told them my throat was burning. I was getting dizzy, yet they insisted I keep trying to vape after vape as the employee who is sweet usually but grew unpatient had the nerve to say theyaccomadating me. Management put the 2 employees, a good customer, and all the other customers last for what 24 or so dollars. This took about 20 minutes. I felt extremely shame having to hit on a vape in front of others like that. I was very embarrassed when someone I knew was standing in line watching this degrading experienceI lost my cool in the end I guess after I told them I was shaking from trying to many vapes felt dizzy throat burning and they just said sorry this is policy and the employee was saying they have done everything to accomadat me by letting me hit vape after vape of a crap product I threw the vapes down and stormed out. I will be contacting the BBB. Please do your self a favor and go anywhere else it's honestly the worst customer service by management I have ever experienced.

I come here often to purchase vapes and the products are great. I have no complaints about products, but customer service here isn't too great. When you walk in, nobody greets you or offers to help you find anything. It's a really quiet awkward experience. At the very least a greeting and offers to help find products would be great. The people working also don't smile or make it a welcoming environment for customers when they walk in. Of course, I'm not going to stop coming here. I just wish customer service would be a bit better.

This was my first time by myself in a vape shop, I was buying my hubbby a new mod and some different flavor vapes. I was completely clueless. Ryana helped me pick out everything. She didn't make me feel dumb for all my questions and gave me good recommendations. Thanks girl!

if I could give 0 stars I would.we went there yesterday and got couple vapes and a bong, came home and smoked from the bong and the top snapped offNot even 24 hrs after buying it. Couldn't return the bong because owners said "I didn't smoke it in the store therefore cannot return, it's the new policy." bad customer service especially for returning customers.

Every time I go to the store I am treated fairly and professionally. They always are happy and smiling, Very Family oriented, the store is clean and comfortable. I don't buy any where else.

I literally just left the shop, I tried the vape in the shop it was ok I liked it then went home and that's only 2 min away .my vape starts spitting out juice and it's so gross!! So I call the shop to let the her know something is wrong with it . And her response is she can only recommend I come back in and buy another one ! Then I ask for a manager cause I literally just left the shop and just so happens she's the manager? "NOELANI "Her service really sucks! She can't do anything about it but recommend I spend more money and get a new one ! Thanks a lot noelani such a big help !!

I often go to this shop and usually I have a good experience. Recently on three separate occasions, I was put off by the customer service. One blonde associate has been quite rude. After paying with my card I went to grab it from her and she pulls it away out of my reach several times and laughs. The first time I chuckled and I joked around saying I would write a review but decided against it because I knew she was joking/ playing around but I still left feeling a little annoyed. A second time my partner and I got to the shop, she does the same thing. Really annoying. Not cute. I went again in hope she wasn't working but I walk in and she is there. I automatically go to the other associate and ask for my product "may I please have this juice" I said to the nice associate and the blonde shouts "no you can't! " I ignore and go to pay, I present my ID and the blonde yells "you're not old enough! Haha". I ignore once again. I continue my check out and leave. Either this blonde chick is bored or has never worked in retail before. Being annoying is not a cute trait. Two stars to my favorite vape shop because of her service.
