Kendra was awesome!!! She set aside what I requested, when I called. Totally up sold to trying something new that was popular. Sure... it's more, but it's worth it! Spaceman: triple strawberry (Stronger strawberry and a hint of creme). Rainbow belt (Initial hint of pledge but the dominant flavor is like a pixie stix) strangely good.

Has been a go to place...not anymore!!!Asked the cashier if I could exchange to a different flavor -same brand/same price; Unopened & didn't exit the store yet and flat out said no. I get the policy that once you exit all sales are final but seriously I didn't leave yet nor did I open the box. Worse customer service. I guess being a regular customer doesn't matter.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I've noticed a pattern of employees with bad attitudes and lack of customer service between this location and university. Idk maybe it's a qualification to be employed here? If so then keep up the good work. Also- I don't need you to hover over me while I'm picking which vape I want. You can let someone else in the store go before me.

What ever you do don't buy there discounted vapes. One of my family members bought 6 of them thinking it was a good deal and would give them chance to find one they liked and out of 6 only 1 fully worked & when they went in to try and return the items they said there was no returns and that they should of tried it first even tho the lady at the front desk didn't say anything about having to test it first you would think they were selling something reliable just goes to show there quality control

First impression of the shop, the mural they have in the front is Beautiful! Walking in they have a wide selection of vapes, it's so overwhelming! Luckily for me the worker that helped me was very kind and knew what flavors I was looking for. Shout out to you guys! I will be back!

This place has a wide variety of options and every time I was thinking about trying something different, the reps had provided me with their recommendations and gave great feedback on the products that I had an interest in.

Worst customer service ever. Went in because it looked like a nice store. When we first entered, was amazed how big it was. But that's all the time I had to look. The staff there had no other cucustomers but bus and one other girl but was rushing us and kept asking if we wanted anything else. Insisted on we pay if that's it. I just had to say if they have to help someone else, go ahead, we want to look around some more. Nope that wasn't it. Staff replied with "no, I just have other things I want to do!". Um....ok. So we were rushed to pay, asks for i.d, and then says "we have the same birthdate. You've been here before bro!" We replied, "nope never been here before" and then kept insisting we have been. Then continued to rush us out. Keep in mind, this was no where near closing time. Never going back again. Wish I could've seen the other 75% of the store. Couldn't even get past the register to see the rest.

Lots of choices and friendly staff to assist you. Hope they start carrying the non-vape smoking alternatives. And more non-nicotine choices!

Worst service, worse worker who had zero knowledge of the products, the worst "manager!!" who refused to let me change out the vape to what I know I like because every single vape I purchased was burnt, had zero flavor, and was so terrible. They refused to return the product even though I was told before as long as you don't leave the store that is possible. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. What an AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND RAPING OF MONEY. Sickening place of business- someone should call the better business bureau.

Holy moses. This place is a literal joke. I'm sorry but if u have any real beliefs of doing the right thing by others and care about honest and integrity than by all means never go to this establishment. Worst products and customer service ever don't even want to put one star. I never review places but this place is so bad
