If the pink haired girl is there just leave. She hates her self & her job. However every other employee is amazing and fabulous. Just make sure you try the vape before you leave the store. The ones on sale can be tricky. Before I knew the "try before you buy," option, as pinkie didn't tell me, I lost about $75 in vapes. Anyways, it's a good shop for what I need! Oh and son't forget your ID. They card you every single time.

Ya this place is mad weird.. DONT COME HERE!!!! Not only does it have an awful smell like water or mold has been sitting in there for weeks, but they have dud vapes. My sister and I have gone there about 4 times already, and this last time she ended up getting a dud. Meaning it wasn't turning on. If it's not turning on, it's probably OLD. Not drained. It didn't turn on so we walked it back up, and the woman said they needed to charge it in order for it to work and it would take about 15 minutes of waiting, unfortunately we had somewhere to be but we waited since there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.We asked if it turns on and charges, do we have to go home and charge it more? And the answer was yes. She was just charging it for it to turn on to prove to us "it still works"My question is. Why are we going to pay full price for a brand new vape only to have to charge it to its full battery when we get home? 46$+ for two smokers, and we couldn't just swap one out. We just won't come here, there's other vape shops very close by that will exchange theirs or better yet not have old duds. Support the locals guys by Windward mall behind zippys.

Just left the place after I took a puff inside it worked, drive out after 5 minutes it doesn't work... even after a 10 minute charge! Called and regardless of immediately notifying the cashier I was told I cannot exchange the non working vape. bummers

Sakura grape is the best true bold flavor. Tried to redeem the Yelp coupon, but was disappointed that none of the employees knew about it, so was unable to utilize it, even had me activate it... but didn't use it. Workers are still nice though. Remember to ALWAYS TEST product before leaving the store bc if it's defective, there's no remedy for it. No refunds, credit or exchange if you leave.

I've been a loyal customer of this store and would recommend it to my friends for years. However, twice now I've purchased a defective vape and when I quickly returned, they were not flexible with me at all about replacing. This last time (1/15 at 11:00am-ish) I tested it inside the store, but as soon as I drove off it stopped working. Given that I clearly just bought it a couple minutes before, I hoped they would kindly replace it with a different one, (or at least offer a fair alternative). This was not the case. While I understand this policy aims to avoid people switching them out for free ones, there's also room for case by case discernment. The lady that helped me was very sweet and seemed to base her responses off of the other (younger) worker's cues (shaking her head when she thought I wasn't looking). The (younger) worker on the other hand, was pretty cold and condescending. She barely bothered to look at me when I asked about it further, even though she was clearly the one making the call. What's most disappointing is, when I came in to ask about this, I had no intention or desire to "make trouble", as I understand everyone is just trying to do their job -- it seemed reasonable to politely inquire about a replacement, especially if I was in there only a couple minutes before (at most). Despite this, as I walked out, the (younger) worker sarcastically shouted "have a nice day", totally unwarranted, as if I did something wrong -- very offensive and rude. Despite disagreeing, I would have probably let it go if they simply told me they can't per their policy (understanding that they may not be the owners). But after this exchange, I felt it was worthwhile to share my experience and encourage others to take their business elsewhere. Hopefully they choose to make the necessary adjustments to encourage loyal customers to continue returning. Until then, I will not be coming back and will encourage my friends to do the same. There's many - more personable vape shops out there that have equal or often better prices. The rude lady at the counter might say (or think) something along the lines of "who cares", but I imagine (or would hope) the owner does care - I can assure you that encounters like this have a lasting impact.

My bf and I drive all the way here from Waipahu just to get our fix haha. I don't bother going to the Waipahu location, VERY rude customer service. Makes me wanna throw hands everytime I step into that location. Go to the Kalihi location if you want better customer service and won't feel like you're being rushed!! They will answer whatever questions you have without being soo annoyed from you.

Update to previous Post of May 24, 2024. Chose to patronize this Business again on May 28, 2024 @ 6:30pm and hoping (Ro) owner would be in. Not lucky, but walked in to the same Female Supervisor who noticed me when I walked in and chose to look down and chose to do paper work and nobody else said welcome. I Had to purchase a Battery (Sold Separately - wasn't told) for a New RPM S Pro Kit that I purchased earlier in the morning, typically the friendly staff works days. Again, when I asked the other 2 female sales for the Battery for the RPM they didn't know and I had to explain what I needed. Perhaps Paying More $$ elsewhere to get More Courtesy Friendly Service is Best Option!
