I had to be at work this morning at 7:30am. This was the only vape shop nearby open so early and I was all out if juice. So I showed up early so I could rush to work after.While I waited I read the bad reviews and started wondering if they'd even open on time. But the worker was here early and opened at 7am exactly. Super courteous and quick with service.Thanks to this place and their punctual employee I can go to work without dying from nicotine withdrawal lol

Beware!!! Dishonest worker name Tanya. Bought 4 vape and asked her if they have promotions buy 3 get 1 free (I bought vape from this store many times the guy work there always tell me about this promotion) This worker Tanya said no. I wait till finish and she didn't give me receipt. I asked my receipt and the receipt shows promotion BUY 3 GET 1 FREE. I show her the receipt, she took my free gift ordering Daze Egg Melonana for herself. I confront her, she said she doesn't know how it appeared on receipt. Hope management see this and do something about it. This worker stealing from the customer.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Bought two vapes just last night Jan 20th and got a third one for free. The free ones they let you pick which are 9.99 are free for a reason, they are trash. The other two one works just fine, the other has a defect. We called to let them know about this but unfortunately the girl who picked up ended up just "schooling" us on how we should only let it charge for just 15 minutes max. And this is NOT our first rodeo, we've used other rechargeable vapes before. And never had any issues with them. "Charging" it is NOT the issue, the vape itself has a defect. After just a few puffs the light would stay on and there are audible noises you can hear from it indicating that this product is defective. But yet that girl who we spoke to on the phone is stating that the max charge is "15 minutes". Which again, charging is NOT the issue. We have the receipt but wanted to call first to let them know so we wont be wasting our time driving there. Only to be turned away. And glad we called. So please save your money and go elsewhere. Staff "appeared" to be friendly but in all actuality doesn't seem to know anything about their products unlike any other vape shops we've been to.

I purchased 2 vapes last night. One of them was fine and the other one stopped working as soon as I got home. I went back in this morning to try and return the vape since I had tried it in the store and then it stopped working right when I got home. When I went in today the guy working tried having me charge it and hit it. Of course it wasn't working. He had me call the manager (angel or Angelina or something like that) she didn't hear me out at all. She just kept repeating "no returns or exchanges that's the policy." I totally understand that is the policy but it's not fair to make me pay $16 for a vape that I got to hit 3 times. I work in the service industry as a bartender, while attending school full time, I understand a stores policy. I also understand bad and lackluster customer service. Unfortunately this is a big business that likes to take advantage of people.

Frustrating Policy! You're buying items totaling over $40. You have some cash and want to pay the remainder with a card, but they require a $10 minimum for card transactions. This rule doesn't make sense when you're purchasing multiple items.

Worker didn't believe my vape didn't work. Used the vape herself and denied me a refund. She calls the manager because I had refused to take the vape back. Manager immediately said to give me a new vape... please teach the employees the policies you have in place ! Made me almost throw up the idea of someone thinking that's ok... to be denied a refund or a new vape because she smokes it and it was up to her standards is not acceptable lol I had called the manager and she said that's not acceptable and against the policy. Main reason was upset is because my sons mother went in right after and she was talking bad about me and she was not very happy ! Please excuse the grammatical errors am doing this as quick as possible. 1 star for terrible customer service and being rude
