***FYI: If you want to see more updated weekly Indonesian food items, please go to her Facebook 'Hawaii Bali Food Indonesia' ***As promised from my 2023 review, I finally tried out her cooking class!Invited 3 of my friends and my boyfriend to try out Loliana's private Indonesian cooking class with me. Here's how the process goes. A day before the cooking class she will send you directions of where to park at her apartment and then she will meet you on the visitor floor. Once you enter in the apartment, there will be a table of all the ingredients of all the foods you will be cooking today. We then took a picture in front of the table of ingredients with our cooking certificates (best to take the picture now so you won't look tired haha). We put on our aprons and washed our hands to get ready to watch Loliana do some cooking demonstrations. Here's the food we chose for the lesson:Team Veggies:*Balinese spring rolls*Gado gado salad rolls*Vegetarian Nasi goreng*Cauliflower chicken wings with buffalo sauceTeam Chicken:*Balinese chicken spring rolls*Chicken Nasi goreng*Chicken satayMy biggest recommendation is to start the cooking lesson early morning like 7am or 8am because you'll be cooking for 4-5 hours. Some of the sauces to add in the meats are tedious to prepare so Loliana premade it in advance to help cut down the hours but she will show what ingredients was needed to make it.It was a really fun hands on cooking experience! The dish that I enjoyed making the most was the Chicken satay! I would most recommend trying out this cooking experience!

This place popped up on my Yelp when I was looking at other places to eat. I'm so glad to have found this place! The last time I had Indonesian food was in SoCal a year ago. I don't know anywhere in Hawaii where they serve authentic Indonesian food as there aren't many Indonesians around. We tried her nasi goreng, chicken satay with peanut sauce, fried drumsticks, and an Indonesian chicken soup noodle. The nasi goreng had a lot of flavor and I liked the chili sauce. The chicken satay was very well marinated and tender, and a peanut sauce was addictive! I will have to ask for extra next time lol. The fried drumsticks didn't disappoint as well - flavorful and tender, although I wish there were more than two pieces, and the coconut rice definitely tasted better than just regular rice - even more southeast Asian flavor!Loliana is a professional chef and she cooks from her home. To order, it's pretty easy, just text her and place an order! The cutoff time is generally 2 hours before pickup time, but I guess it also depends on how busy she is. The pick up location is near Punahou school in Honolulu. She herself is a very friendly, personable, and down to earth person. We chit chatted a bit and it was nice meeting and talking to her. She also offers cooking classes as well if that's what you are interested in. she can also makes adjustment according to your diet, such as vegetarian, vegan, or with certain diet restrictions. She also mentioned something about a yoga retreat as she is involved and experienced in resort event planning in Bali. How cool is that!We can't wait to try her other items on the menu! Thank you for sharing your cooking with us in Hawaii!

I hate to leave bad reviews for this business because the food is actually taste good, but I can tell it was frozen food. I understand if I ordered few hours before and Indonesian food takes time to cook, but I ordered 4 days before then. Even though food tastes good I can taste lots of water from defrosting. For the price (over $20) per portion and the time ((4 days before) I wish the cook can make a new batch and not just defrosting the food.
