I just received my ring and it's EXACTLY what I wanted. I wanted something made in the U.S, lightweight, and with wood. This place shipped fast and it's perfect.

Worst experience ever, I guess that's what I get for trying to give another local company some busines, I'll stick to my regular jeweler.Straight to the point I have all receipts since the order was made via text so when the ring I bought was wrong I called them up and explained and sent them copy of the text messages all they did was say sorry that there worker misunderstood. I said I appreciate the apology but i want the ring I ordered made and I'll give you back the mistake ring. They said they would get back to me and it has been now 2 months and I have made several attempts to call them but they don't return my phone calls. Can't wait to fly back home so I can pay them a visit.

Beautiful quality rings- what more can I say! Difficult to find but well worth it. A large selection of unique men's rings with no shortage of sizes. We made an appointment online, but he seemed unprepared for it. Regardless, it was still a great experience

My original wedding band no longer fit and was too expensive to have resized, so I opted to sell it and use the proceeds to buy matching wedding bands for my wife and me, which we never had to begin with. While I would have preferred to purchase this type of item in-store, the photo quality and description of their rings on their website was very good. The exchange policy was straightforward for non-engraved purchases, so we felt there would be no problem if we had to make an exchange. We had already been to some of the chain jewelry stores at the mall, but we like supporting local whenever possible, and Happy Laulea's prices were much cheaper than other merchants.We received our rings within a week of our order, but unfortunately, we found them to be a half-size too large despite having our ring sizes checked by a local jeweler. A quick online chat with Happy Laulea got the exchange process rolling and within a week we had our new rings, and they look and fit great!I'd definitely recommend Happy Laulea to others.

The service was outstanding. I made a huge error on my order (ordered a ring instead of a bracelet)). They fixed my mistake right away. The silver bracelet made was immaculate. I gave the bracelet to someone special and she loved it. It was reasonably priced. Will be doing business with them again.

We picked up our wedding bands from Happy Laulea and are sooo satisfied with how they turned out!It took a little longer than we initially thought, but it was definitely worth the wait. We got our rings custom made with grade 5 titanium, which should hold up a bit more against dents and scratches.Their staff is so nice, patient, and super knowledgeable! Their packaging is also super cute and prices are very affordable! I loved their selection, which couldn't be found anywhere else!

Chubby hubby needed a new wedding ring as the humidity in Maui was making his tight! We looked online and found this jeweler had a number of rings he admired. After much narrowing down he finalised his choice - Koa wood with paua (abalone), which joined his love of Maui and New Zealand in one ring.It was easy to order and pay online, it arrived promptly, well packaged and in a nice box. However hubby decided he needed the next 1/2 size up just to be 100% happy so we contacted the vendor to make an exchange. Again the process was easy and we received tracking emails when the replacement was sent to us. The ring is an eye catching design incorporating unusual materials, and masculine with an organic feel to it. Pricing is also very competitive. We couldn't find anything to compare to it in the big box jewellery stores. Hubby is very happy with his new ring, and the excellent service we received was the icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this vendor if you are looking for something out of the ordinary.

I bought my husband a wedding ring from Happy Laulea on our last trip to Oahu for our 49th anniversary. It is a beautiful ring with fire opal and koa wood and such a wonderful remembrance from our trips to Hawaii. Stefan had so many rings to choose from, and the one we purchased was perfect! The quality, selection and service was excellent. I give this review a 5+ star review!

Stefan was great and very patience and helpful. Had a hard time picking the right one since my brother who I was getting or helping with the ring was very indecisive.

I placed an order 8 weeks ago and there have been no updates to the order status. Their website says they ship in 6-7 weeks. They never answer their phone number and they don't return missed calls even if you leave a voicemail.
