Hanapua Flowers

Excellent service. Last minute request for an all white Haku. I called the afternoon before and the very next day by their opening hours I got it. It was beautifully made with care and freshness. The price was affordable vs the Chinatown flower shops BUT they did this personal request. I would have had to find whatever I could. Anyhow the place is cute, the customer service is 1000% and the flowers I got were fresh and cute. I apologize but this is the only pic I got of the Haku and it's inside a plastic bag so it doesn't really do it justice.

Yuki did an amazing job making the bouquet, lei po'o and maile lei! I gave her a picture of the lei po'o that I wanted and she made me a matching bouquet. She was also kind to switch some flowers out to fit my budget. The flowers made our wedding pictures simply beautiful and better than I could have imagined. I would be definitely coming back to order flowers again!

Husband and I signed up for a Shimenawa (Hawaii-version) workshop for New Years. Shimenawa is a Japanese arrangement to help ward off evil spirits. The workshop was an hour and cost $35 per person.What I loved about this workshop was how different it was. It was nice to assemble something different from the norm and then to be able to display it on my front door for New Years. The shop lady and workshop instructor was so friendly and encouraging and was made the workshop very enjoyable. Hanapua Flowers offers different workshops throughout the year - be sure to check it out on their website. I highly recommend for a unique outing with loved ones or friends. Besides workshops, they are a flower and plant shop and sell vases and other accessories.

I love working with Yuki at Hanapua flowers, and she's super helpful when it comes to working with peoples budget. Yuki is bilingual and can work with people who are native Japanese speakers and also in English. I usually just text her a picture of what I'm looking for, and the colors that I want, and she sends me her quote, which is usually lower than some other florists. She's done all the flowers for my family and friends, and everyone has always been pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Needed to get some flowers for a friends birthday but when we went there seemed to not have many to choose from. I'm not positive but it seemed like this place is more like you pick your flowers and they will make an arrangement for you rather then buying premade arrangements. Our first time so not positive. To our surprise she pulled out buckets and buckets of flowers from the cooler. It was really hot and humid today. I liked the fact that this is a true small local business. We picked a few flowers and a vase and she made a very nice arrangement.

Ordered a prom corsage and it was made exactly as we had asked. Beautiful! The owner was extremely communicative - texted us in the morning with a picture and let us know when she was stepping out for a delivery so we could make sure not to wait for her. Loved the service. Will be back!

Thanks to Yelp, I found Hanapua Flowers and saw that they have taken last minute orders in the past. When I say last minute, I called maybe 10 minutes prior to their shop closing! I had a sudden urge to purchase flowers for a friend's birthday because she already has everything she needs so I thought this would be a great idea. Yuki, the owner took my call and she was very friendly and understanding of my situation. I told her to use whatever she had but requested for specific colors (if available of course). For a small bouquet in a vase, she quoted me $50 + tax and I don't think you can beat the price. Unfortunately there is no parking lot for the shop but I rushed after work from Waikiki and found street parking on Pumehana St. right at 5:00pm! Yuki waited for me and made me feel at ease when I apologized for making her stay late. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the shop was and found out they offer floral arrangement and haku lei classes. I would love to check out a class one day and will definitely consider coming to Hanapua flowers for future floral arrangements, with much more notice next time!

Nice shop great and friendly staff Whether its cut flower arrangements ,live plants or leis they can help you what you want.

My grand daughter turned 16 and we had a Sweet Sixteen party for her. I asked Yuki San to put together a bouquet of 16 roses and they were gorgeous. She loves them. Thank you and I'll be back for sure.

Yuki is amazing. I am beyond happy with her work arranging my beautiful bride's bouquet!
