Hana Tea

Their tea is good don't get me wrong but if they don't ask you what size you want they will give you the biggest size.We paid for it, however, for those who are going to the place don't be surprised. The staff are efficient and friendly. One of the guys was insisting to have my wife take a cup holder which was nice.The inside is nice. Compact so don't expect a quiet and private date here.

We came here for the buy one get one free!! Located close to dominos pizza opposite longs drugs. The place is small with seating for maybe 15 - 20...of course its airconditioned and sparcely furnished.I aint too familiar with the different selections and all this types of drink. I went with a black sesame latte I ordered mine to be not too sweet...the tea or latte or smoothie or whatever it was ...was good but seemed like half the cup was ice ( I ordered the medium) ...and I had to get the straw to scrape the black sesame off the sides of the cup to taste it ( is that how it supposed to be?) I dont know.....anyways honestly if it wasn't buy one get one I probably wouldn't have gone....the staff was patient and cool...prices was okay because of the bogo ... regular prices range from $7-$9 and higher... Anyways since I am not educated enough in this new drink culture to accurately rate this place I would have to say 3 stars for now...but go check them out it was a cool experience.

We went on a Saturday night and there was a bit of a line so they were definitely busy but they were taking orders pretty fast and the drinks were coming out pretty fast as well so don't be intimidated if you see a line. My husband ordered the ube latte and it was delicious. Also looked similar to the picture (that's how he determined what to order). I ordered the brown sugar milk tea and was disappointed to see that it looked nothing like advertised. It was also very chalky and just not a good drink to be honest. Another reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when we went to order the guy taking our order kept trying to guess what we wanted and spoke over us and if he would have just stayed quiet and listened, I feel like it could have went more smoothly/ efficiently. For example he said "okay small ube latte" and my husband wanted large. Then he would guess the sweetness level and it was just annoying. I'd come here again to give it another try because we did like the ube drink but I definitely wouldn't order the brown sugar one again

Super cute shop with the whole range of tea selections you can hope to find when going into a boba shop - they were open pretty late in comparison to other spots in the area so that was a bonus! Interior was super cute and had a lot of space to chill or get some work if needed. I got an HK Milk Tea and it definitely did its job for a solid drink thru the night!

My bestie's suggestion...BesTEA with my bestie as we reunite for Gemini season our outing took us from Kaimuki to here in Pearl City somehow and of course my bestie loves tea as well not sure who loves it more but know that we both agreed to shop here at Hana Tea.What's more shocking is that after all my visits I haven't left a review and it must've been all the sips that calm my hectic days that puts me in a trance as I put all my adulting moments to the side for their yummy crafted drinks.Thrilled to have this Pearl City location as the Kalihi area is closed which is a bit farther out than usual for myself but is in a great location right across the street from Wal Mart it does share parking with many other tenants as well but it's free and is just a few steps away from them.Walking in the vibe here is cute and simple with two lines on the left is for walk ins and the right for phone orders along with picking up your orders. I always go fruity and they do it just right as me and my bestie took advantage of the seating they have available to chat and laugh spilling the tea with her here at Hana Tea is the best therapy.Thank you!

When people ask me where to get a good milk tea, my first and really only answer is always Hana Tea.This time I had the Hong Kong Milk Tea, 50% sweet, with boba. I actually wanted the 75% after tasting it, but it was still nice and smooth, not bitter. This place is really busy sometimes and there was a short line to order and grab our drinks. The whole place smells like sweetness from the boba and boba waffles (I gotta try those someday). My boba was a little softer than I prefer this time, but usually it's got just the right amount of chew here.Tons of free parking since it's in the giant shopping complex with the Foodland Farms across Pearl City Walmart.My only major comment - PLEEEASE reopen a shop in town! They said they were closing the Dillingham location *temporarily*, but it's been closed for year(s?) now :(

Very clean interior with a lot of different seating opportunities, whether that be as a group or individual. Service was nice and suggested that most customers paired their number one, brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba. Received that with less ice and 75% sweetness, was the perfect ratio to a sugar pick me up and a milk tea flavor. Shocked that the brown sugar did not overpower with sweetness as it does in most locations.

Service is not so great, person taking orders look like she does not want to be there, there was no "hi" or "welcome" or even "lmk if you have any questions about our menu", maybe she had a rough day. My friend also noticed but we just ignored it and went ahead and ordered. Drinks were delicious, just hoped they added more ice. I later realize there was a right way to order. Not knowing there is a specific way of ordering, the cashier should have asked the level of sweetness, the amount of ice, etc. All in all I would have given my visit a 5 star however service needs to be improved.

The store is beautiful and clean, workers were friendly. I ordered a peach green tea with lychee jellies 50% sugar and it was very good not too sweet. My cousin got a mango strawberry smoothie with boba and it was even better! I think the next time I go, I will definitely order a smoothie!

I love Hana Tea. I think it's my favorite boba place. When they closed their dillingham location I was a little mad because it meant having to drive allllll the way to pearl city to get boba. We went in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was packed. I like the milk teas here. They don't taste watery like some other places and the boba at Hana Tea is always perfect. I also like their fruit teas though. They have "fruit party" teas that are really popular. I tried the peach tea with cheese foam and it was pretty good. I actually like this specific drink at the alley more than I like it at Hana Tea. I should be sticking to the drinks I like instead. I like that they still have a stamp card and that there is always plenty of parking in this lot. I don't like that they are closed on Mondays. :( But I will definitely be back.
