A souvenir shop that offers cute stuffs to purchase. Kids would love to roam around here. Prices varies and are mostly reasonable.They got Hawaiian Dolls sold here. Accessories like necklace, earrings & bracelets. They got goodies as well and even household essentials made in Hawaii.Customer service is okay. They are friendly.Be careful when buying things here. Check the quality and make sure it is not defective or else you'll end up with it and when you try to exchange they'll give you hard time.Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow Yeeps.

Was playing tourist and came upon this store. The look and feel is nice, clean and organized. I bought some pretty Hawaiian hair clips. Like other reviews it seems as if their stuff is easily broken. When I got home from my trip half of the big cute hair clips I bought were all broken. I saw another yelper wrote about their friendly service and how they helped them package everything nicely as gifts. Sure didn't get the same treatment. Since I have already returned home doesn't seem like I will be getting money back for half of the broken. The purchase is not worth the quality. As the other reviewer also posted prob better to go to ABC store. However they did not have these types of clips. Sad and disappointed with quality. Now I don't have enough gifts to hand out. Shame!

This is a great place for tourists. Their souvenirs are so cute and adorable. If you make a purchase $20+, they'll throw in a free gift of a large Hawaii sticker. They're awesome!

This is hands down the best store in Waikiki for buying souvenirs and gifts from Hawaii!This isn't so much of a clothing store as a novelties store. They have all kinds of items, ranging from jewelry to bookmarks to hair ties to statues-- all at very reasonable prices. I probably did four laps around the place, finding new items every time because there's just so much variety all around. It's all beautifully laid out, unlike some of the other places in town that seem to just jam as much as they can on a shelf and try to make it work.With a name that includes "Boutique," I expected premium prices, but that's not what you get here. My wife and I were grabbing souvenirs on our honeymoon and came by here early in the process, but only grabbed a couple of items given that there are so many other stores that advertise gifts and souvenirs. We ended up coming back twice to buy the other items we needed because they have the exact same gifts at better prices.

Skip it. Overpriced tourist trap.Variety of items with minimal authenticity or relation to Hawaii. Item we bought for my son quickly broke and they gave us a hard time about replacing it the same day!ABC store better and that's saying a lot.

I love this place. If I lived here, I would waste so much money here ;) This isn't your normal souvenir shop on Waikiki. It is really an accessories shop that has fashion jewelry, cell phone accessories, hats, wraps, etc...We got new iPhone covers, a camera tripod, a Hawaiian style necklace and few other things and it was all under $20. It is the shop you go into thinking you don't need anything and walk out with 10 things!

My husband and I came across this little boutique on our honeymoon staycation in Waikiki. We were walking to dinner when we passed by. I kept looking in the window but was reluctant to go in because everything looked so expensive.He pulled me in and guess what, it's totally affordable! I got my rabito phone case here for only 8$ and it's so much better quality than the ones I see at all the phone places and I even ordered one on amazon that wasn't nearly as good as the one I got here. I also got a few small phone charms.This store has so much cute stuff! They have little shops inside too, like jewelry on the left when you walk in.I wish I could come shop here more often but I'm hardly in Waikiki.

Just was racially profiled by her in this store. She literally followed me all around the store as I looked at items, and then turned to pretend she was examining something. A yt women came in & she completely ignored her. I confronted this woman about it asking if she thought I was stealing from her & she said yes she was following me and yes. If you ever come to Waikiki DON'T SHOP @ Hamilton Boutique.

The MOST WORSE STORE EVER! The staff has no customer service skills being rude to customer who may be interested in buying their items. The staff is also racially profiling customers (specifically the older lady with glasses). The items they have are way overpriced and the quality sucks on everything in the store. If I were you don't even walk into this store you can get better prices elsewhere for items they sell like Jewelry & Souvenir.

Items here are overpriced and are quality items. Hello Kitty backpacks sell for $68? Asked if we wanted a bag and we said no, still gave and charged for it. The main reason for the low review, a child in our party was very excited and putting items into a little basket because he wanted all of the toys. I was in the middle of telling the child to pick 2 items when the cashier decided to interrupt and show me a sign that says "you break you buy." Not understanding why she is telling me in this moment, I asked her what was broken? Her answer, a shrug or essentially nothing. In that moment, I decided I was not going to spend my money in an establishment where I didn't do anything wrong but someone wants to accuse me or suggest that I need to pay for something just because a child is excited. She ruined the chance for a kid to be happy and a sale for her store. Completely unnecessary and caused so much confusion in our party. Left a sour taste in all of our mouths. And of course, during dinner, one of the toys purchased from the store broke.
