Halms makes some good stuff. I use their Hawaiian Barbecue sauce to marinate some Kalbi the other night. It came out good and tasty....and I only marinated it for 6 hours. You can use this stuff of anything, beef, pork, chicken, sauces, dressings, etc. Possibilities are endless and you can buy it at most grocery stores. I think you can buy the big jug at Costco & Sams. I also like their Kimchee products. It is not as spicy as other kimchees but it is just right - local style. Its good to eat with everything especially on hot rice.

Unbelievably good service, buy local indeed. I simply messaged them on Facebook about a mishap with their Ohana Flavors Miso Sauce and they replied a few minutes later asking for my number, and then called to ask if they could drop off a replacement. They brought over a lot of goodies and I can't wait to try them.
