Haiku Gardens Weddings

From the initial planning (April 2023) to our wedding renewal day (May 2024), Tamara executed every request (and last minute ones) as requested. This woman needs a raise! I cannot stress it enough, Tamara was on top of her game to ensure perfection!The venue, the food, THE DRINKS, the staff, the vendors, and the overall vibe of our wedding... we thank Haiku Gardens & Haleiwa Joe's for making our day, and our guests' experience an unforgettable one! Our family & friends had such an amazing time, they didn't want the party to end! My husband and I enjoyed every single second, it was surreal! Highly highly recommend this venue for weddings, celebrations, date night, family dinner, just because :)

I wanted the perfect wedding luncheon and Haiku Gardens truly was the best choice for it. What appealed me to booking with them was having exclusivity of the restaurant (Haleiwa Joes), the ability to pick ala cart, and bringing in our own vendors. Not only that, but the views are amazing, so I booked the date and started the planning process.I was planning off island and it was very easy working with Tamara via phone and email. A few days before the wedding, I booked a time to stop by to look at the restaurant layout and drop off things to set up for the luncheon. I explained how I wanted everything to look and when I walked in the day of, everything was set up exactly how I asked for it to be. The staff was so kind and attentive. We had the perfect backdrop for our table and while we were cutting the cake. We received several compliments on the views and food (obviously we ordered the prime rib for everyone!) I cannot recommend enough not only having a destination wedding, but your wedding luncheon at Haiku Gardens/Haleiwa Joes.

We had our after-wedding luncheon here and it was a really good experience. The food was cooked just right and the views were great.They were very willing to work with us on coordinating any way we wanted the tables setup or the wedding favors we brought with us the day before. Everything was set up exactly how we expected and the staff was very courteous.

I would like to share my thoughts oh Haiku Gardens. Every time I'm in Hawaii this is my go to restaurant for the food is amazing and the staff is exceptional. Me and my husband got married here in September of 2023 and it was amazing from the food to the staff as well as our wedding coordinator was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for your wedding and other events. I give them a 10 star rating if I could.

Our ceremony was held at Haiku Gardens with our reception held at the restaurant upstairs at Haleiwa Joes. It was a 2023 summer wedding held in the daytime from 10 am to 2:30 pm. We'd decided on Haiku Gardens because my partner and I are simple people who wanted the whole package and that's exactly what we got. The wedding planner, Tamara kept things simple for us and we mainly communicated via email.What was nice about holding our wedding there is that we were able to customize our package and pay for what we mostly cared about via a la carte. I am for one a person who only likes to pay for what's necessary. Another perk was that they were cool with us using our own vendors. We did our own cake, flowers, and decoration and paid for their photographers and musicians. Tamara was so kind to lend us their cake-cutting kit, and extra vases when we didn't have enough. At the end of the day, our guests were at awes by the beauty of the Koolau and the pond. The natural beauty of the place spoke for it self and we paid little for decoration. My family was so impressed that my older cousin wants to also book Haiku Gardens for their summer 2024 wedding.

The whole wedding experience was made easy and stress free thanks to Tamara and the team at Haiku Gardens/Haleiwa Joe's. Tamara is a dream to work with, communicating with us via text or email at any time when we bothered her with questions. She really made planning our big day easy and unique to us as a couple. From being able to pick what we did and did not want at our wedding, to her contacting the photographers, hair/makeup, DJ and musician, our wedding experience was a breeze. My biggest thing was I do not know flowers and didn't know what I wanted for a bouquet. I really only had 2 very different pictures and vague instructions of "mesh those together" and Tamara really made that come to life and I loved how beautiful everything looked. The venue itself is gorgeous, the gardens calm and isolated enough that it feels intimate with your guests. The food is always yummy (get the prime rib) and the team at Haleiwa Joe's were very attentive to us as the couple of the day (thank you Ryan). It's a great place that is very affordable for planning a wedding (we had about 80 people) with delicious food, a great location and people to work with that make it all easy.

We got married in June 2024, and it was an absolutely magical day! Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how amazing the food tasted. Tamara and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I can't thank them enough for making our day more magical (and stress-free) than we ever imagined! Haiku Gardens truly has weddings and receptions down to a science. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning "one-stop-shop" wedding venue on Oahu!

We trust the process. Never been to Haiku Gardens nor ate at Haleiwa Joe's. Our wedding was so beautiful as our guests kept talking about. Thanks to a team who provided us support through it all. We are so very pleased with how everything turned out. And we can't forget about the good food which guests also complemented on.

Great and absolutely beautiful venue. One of the best food catering in Oahu. Staff is great and prioritizes the bride and groom to make their special day!

Amazing place, and wonderful communication from Tamara the wedding coordinator! Pullled off a destination wedding for 70 people with just 6 months to plan. The photos don't do the gardens justice. The food was plentiful as well and tasty! The venue had room for a photobooth setup and our guest had a blast! Thank you Haiku Gardens and Tamara for helping to make our day so special!
