H2O Sports Hawaii

Our favorite day on the island so far!! We did parasailing and jet skis in the Ocean!! It was absolutely incredible and a memory my family will never forget! My 11 year son wanted to keep parasailing he loved it so much!! The process was easy and smooth. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! We loved our guides, Jordan, Shawn, Ricky, and Kathy were all so wonderful! Well worth the time and money! We will do this every time we are on the Island!

We got the jet ski and parasailing package.The jet skiing was lackluster because you're going around in a circle for 30 minutes.What I'm most disappointed about was their incompetence when sending the compressed files of the pictures and videos! We $90 for the pictures and videos and had to go back and forth just to get them, And you only have 3 weeks to download them or they're lost. My family mildly enjoyed it, I would not do it again!

At first my husband and I weren't going to do any activities like this. But, my sister and my friend convinced me to come along long with them and their significant others. Thank god I did. What an amazing time we had. I think my husband and I like the number tube the best. My sister and friend did the parasail. We opted to do the bumper tube. I had some air time on that bumper tube. The one that took us around did an amazing job on driving it and making waves for us on it. It was so much fun. I will definitely be coming back to have more fun with you guys.

The jet skis were a lot of fun but this company is highly inefficient. They ask you to arrive at 12pm but we didn't jump on the jet skis until 1pm. You don't have freedom to go wherever you want on the jet skis, it's only a large circular loop but honestly it's still a blast. My only complaint is the fact that you essentially spend an hour waiting for 30 min of ride time. Add on the commute time from Waikiki and you're looking at 2.5 hours of time for a 30 min activity.

don't recommend, u can't take pics/can't take phone w you in the jet ski which is understandable but they have their own go pro which is $65 package for pics and videos, but our chip for SD card was broken so we couldn't buy or get any pictures from the experience.

During my recent stay at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, I had the opportunity to book various water sports activities through H2O Sports. Among these activities were paragliding and a jet ski experience.The paragliding experience was exceptionally enjoyable. The team running the activity was friendly, entertaining, and professional, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend trying paragliding if you are visiting the area.However, the jet ski experience was not as satisfactory. As a first-time jet skier, I found the activity to be quite daunting, especially during the initial four rounds. The limited freedom of movement and the repetitive circling around obstacle balls were not particularly engaging or enjoyable. In my opinion, this activity may not be suitable for individuals trying jet skiing for the first time.Additionally, the cost of the photographs taken during the activities was relatively high, with each package priced at $65. While the staff was generally pleasant, the overall experience with the jet ski activity was not entirely positive.Despite these concerns, the other aspects of my experience were satisfactory.

We had the pleasure of connecting with H20 Sports in Honolulu while visiting Hawaii. The shop does offer shuttle to Waikiki near the hilton and prince waikiki.The activities are plentiful. Do you enjoy jet skis?Do you enjoy Tubing/Bumper Boat? Do you enjoy para sailing?Do you enjoy the banana boat?We literally did everything and we had such a blast! Memories to last for life time. We loved the friendly staff members, the captains were courteous and professional and we got to also pet the cutes and friendliness Chihuahua/ Pomeranian and his person too.We were picked up in a minivan from Prince Waikiki, drove to the office/shop in about 15 minutes ride. The store is conveniently next to Longs Drug, Safeway and Costco so after a full day of adventure, you can get the grocery shopping done as well!I enjoyed the jet skis so much. Who knew salt water smjwr skiing around the race track would be so much fun! I highly recommend you bring your own shades and pick up a $5 sun glass cord to enjoy your shades don't end up in the honolulu water especially if it is your favorite expensive pair. The shop does have sport googles available for you to rent and use if you want. The parasail is further out in the water and we got shuttles by what resembles a mini coast guard tubing boat out. Everyone please know that it is safe to let your hands so, you are securelu strap on so you a good to wave and shaka or touch the water! You will be pleasantly dunked into the 82 degrees plus water and what a refreshing feeling it will be!The aerial view via parasail of honolulu is a plus and you can spot the reef line and see honu (turtles) too! Tubing is the most fun! be prepared to let your captain who is on a jet skis if you have any desire to go fast, slow or enjoy loops. Have a positive attitude and be ready to fall off the tube ngo 82 perfectly warm temperatures.Thank YOU Kathy -and the entire H2O Sport for such a welcoming experience of the isle. From Shuttle drivers, captains of boats to entire crew office staff made us feel welcomed.Always remember the aloha spirit and smile. you may have a zip full of photos captured.

We did the bumper tube and we had so much fun!! It was worth the money and experience was one you can't forget!

We went jet skiing for 2 people. Overall a fun experience. A few things I wish I would've known before going. 1. Online it says it is an hour and a half experience. I did not see anywhere that it would be only 30 minutes on the jet ski's and I was looking at the timer on the go pro's and it was only 25 minutes total. 2. The course is not a free roam course like I am used to when jet skiing elsewhere. It is a 4 booie circle so you have to stay in someone else's wake to maintain any speed and calmness in the water. 3. You cannot bring your phone on the jet ski with you, they strap a go pro on and at the end of the experience you pay 55-80 $ for the photos and videos. If you are looking for a controlled safe experience then it will be fine for you but if you are looking for more adventure and to be free in the water, look elsewhere.

The check in process was chaotic and unclear. It says the event is at 8:30 but really it is 8:50 and you can miss another event they are lazy and slow. Also the old lady at the desk is VERY rude and confused, she makes many mistakes.
