The lone salesperson in the showroom was extremely helpful and kind! She allowed us to look at everything and she answered our questions without missing a beat! She gave us samples to bring home and make a decision! Definitely a very nice flooring store!

My contractor recommended H&C flooring and stone. I really love the fact that their flooring has no groove edges between joints. It makes cleaning much easier and my house looks perfect with the new floors. The joint in the planks hold tightly against each other. Salesperson Wen was very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It was a great shopping experience!

My experience with this company has been one of the best experiences during this whole pandemic! I understand contractors and building industry professionals are all busy during the last three years. But these guys gave me 110% of their effort and time even during their busiest moments. After changing out my previous contractor and bringing H&C Flooring on board, I felt such a sense of relief when they walked my family and me through each step of the selection and installation process. And after the work was done, they did a post-evaluation of the flooring to ensure everything was in working order....months after the job was completed. Nobody I have encountered ever does this ! If there is a bonus 6th star I would like to give it to this team ! Thank you for the amazing work.

We renovated our condo and wanted a modern and easy to manage flooring. Water proof and easy to clean because we have a 2 year old in the house. We were recommended by our contractor to check out H&C Flooring. We found exactly what we were looking for. Wen was very patience and helpful. He gave us time to browse, ask questions, gave us a quote and didn't push for a sale. Basically the type of sales person you would want to buy from (and I have been in sales my whole career). We asked a lot of questions, visited him a few times and each encounter was validated by the fact that's he is sincere and only want to help is in getting what we need. Needless to say, coordinating with him and his team for installation was also with ease. They were prompt, nice to talk to, and did a great job. Pictures speak louder than words. See pictures!! Lol. I would definitely recommend this flooring company to all my friends. I actually already did and wouldn't mind going with them because of the atmosphere this business has. Wenbo and his team at H&C Flooring and Stone were one of the easiest suppliers to work with. They also have crews that do installs if you are looking to hire out the whole job. I like their vinyl flooring product without grooved edges because it's easier to maintain and dust and debris doesn't get stuck in the joints. Also, the backing is build-in so I didn't have to buy additional underlayment for our floor. I installed the flooring myself, it's easy to install and requires minimal tools to complete the job. The click system is quick to install and holds the flooring tightly together.  I would highly recommend this place for your flooring needs!

we saw their ads on the newspaper, it was a bit hard to find their store, but at the end, it was worth it. The vinyl flooring we ordered is easy to clean, decent quality for the price, and nice to walk on. We also hired them to do the installation and their team was fast!! it's been a few months since I've had these vinyl floorings, and nothing to complain about. They are not the cheapest contractor in town but you get what you paid for. Will update review if any problem occurs.
