My daughter had decided that she wanted her guitar fixed up for Christmas (instead of getting a new one). Fine and well, the only problem was that before it was her guitar it was my guitar, and before it was my guitar it was my father-in-law's guitar, and before it was my father-in-law's guitar it was his mother's guitar, and before that we have no idea who owned it. The point is that it is a rather old and funky guitar, and that it is highly prized family heirloom.Unfortunately it had developed a fairly respectable buzz which lead me to believe that this guitar was due for some major fretwork. Given the age and the condition of the instrument I really didn't think it made much sense to get it fixed. I had hoped that I could convince the little one that now would be a good time to look for something else to play; and to let this instrument spend it's retirement decorating a wall somewhere. The bad news was that she wasn't prepared to let go of the things she loved (and the good news is that when this kid grows up, she'll get to decide when they pull my plug too).Long story short, I yelped "instrument repair" and called Cedric. The next day I brought the instrument to his apartment and in under ten minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed it, told me why he thought it had happened, and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. He also refused to accept payment for his services. So basically Christmas came early and my daughter couldn't be happier. It is a one-man operation with no store front; but Cedric is competent, honest, and basically a nice guy. I would not hesitate to bring my future business to him, and I would encourage you to do the same.

Just what the doctor ordered! An experienced instrument repair dude, conveniently located near the University area, and at prices about 1/2 of the other repair shops. I was in trouble, my favorite guitar's electronics started acting up 1 day before a gig. I had to either fix this axe fast, or play my backup, which I didn't want to b/c it didn't sound or play as nice. A friend recommended Cedric. I gave him a call and took my guits in the next day. To my surprise, it was ready for pickup the very same day and he charged me a whopping $16. I was expecting at least double that based on a similar repair I had at another shop. This guy used to work at Dan's and Easy Music, but now runs his repair shop out of his apartment. Guess this is why he's so cheap -- no overhead. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, FAST and cheap. What more can you ask for. Cedrick - I'm a fan.

Owner, Cedric Pascua is a fabulous person to work with. He is honest, sincere, responsive, communicates well with very timely feed/call backs and does a wonderful job at a reasonable price. He worked on Rainsong WS1000 adjusting my pickup jack and also repairing a blemish on my finish. I highly recommend Cedric to meet your guitar and amp needs!

Really really great service! I had an issue with my JCM 800 100w head, I called over the phone and was immediately given help to my issue which lead to the operation of my amp. As long as I'm on this island I will continue to go here for any repair with my music equipment.

Excellent work on my vintage (1965) Ephiphone 12 string. After Cedric did setup work (for a very reasonable price) it plays better than it ever had before --- and I've had it for its whole lifetime. It's clear that Cedric really loves guitars and he definitely put effort into this restoration, far beyond what might have been expected for his modest fee. You definitely won't go wrong if you bring your guitar work to Cedric. He's honest, competent, and he really cares about doing good work.

I took my 70's Fender Bassman 10, 4x10 combo to Cedric in August 2014. It had a cold power tube. I gave him 2 matched jj power tubes that I got from Dans and $120.It took Cedric 6 weeks to look at my amp. He said that the caps were bad so he would need to replace them.Fast forward 2 months, it's now the end of December 2014 and the caps are finally ordered. So now it's January 15th and I call Cedric to find out if my amp is done (it's been 5 months) and even though he's had the parts for over a week, he hasn't started on my amp yet. I finally had to say I'll be there tomorrow at 2 to pick up the amp.At this point I'm just gonna get my amp (and money) back and find a reputable repair tech.
