I've eaten here 3 times and have had excellent service every time! There's never a wait at this location when I've gone, it's got tons of tables. The staff are friendly and I love that there's always an orchid garnish on every dish. The food is so good. It's pretty affordable for a brunch spot.

Got family visiting from the mainland & outer island, wanting to have them join us for breakfast! Party of 8..decided on Guieb Wahiawa!Breakfast at 8:30am..we drove and we all had parking behind the building off of California Ave Since we called ahead, they reserved a table for us! There was no waiting..sat down coffee and water was served. We all ordered! Great kiddie menu and a unique breakfast entree. The food came pretty quickly except my husband and Uncle; he had seared ahi and Uncle had grilled mahimahi! so fresh & delicious, my granddaughter wanted pancakes! which came with bacon, 2 strips and 1 egg..was very filling she hardly could eat it all..oh well bring it home for lunch

We hired Guieb's catering for our rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing! Our guests raved about the adobo fried rice, fried chicken and the lechon. They were easy to work with and they delivered our food on time. One small note: the shrimp tempura and lumpia was soggy... so make sure if you order that, the container must be ventilated.

The last thing I wanted to stress about was the catering for my son's 1st birthday party and Guieb's catering made everything stress free.Maria was so easy to work with in setting up our menu which was reasonably priced and the staff arrived early to the event.We had the Filipino buffet with some local dishes, pupus, and we also ordered lechon and lumpia (banana, ube, pork, vegetable, yes we love lumpia) and cascaron thru their third party vendors. The ahi poke was so good. I also enjoyed their fried chicken and crispy lechon. My guests kept raving about how good the lumpia was.I loved how they set up the buffet. They had flower arrangements and fancy linen on the table that made you feel like you were in a hotel or a restaurant. They even gave us the flowers to take home afterwards. They also cut and served the lechon which is a huge job in itself. They gave us lunch plates to make the traditional baon or take home plate afterwards, and covers for the large serving trays so we could take that home too.The only 2 things that I would suggest is maybe a water/juice/iced tea station (we had to bring our own drinks) and more lechon sauce. Other than that, this is the place for your catering needs!

We went to a function and found a hair in my salad ! Yikes and got disgusted and didn't eat my food..Kalua pork was okay it was blend.

THE BEST CATERING SERVICE OUT THERE! I was referred to Guieb's Catering by my best friend's family. I inquired with them back in November and got a quick response to check out their menu online. They have a variety of food menus for us to choose from. We decided to choose the Dinner Buffet menu. We met with Ernesto & Maria, who are the owners of this local business to go over details before we submitted deposit and signed the contract. They are so accommodating with changes and are flexible with any menu options you may want. So if you have any specific dishes you may want, you can inquire and I'm sure they'll be willing to work with you. I was in contact with mostly Maria who handled all the business side of their company while Ernesto was the main chef. Maria was able to help me decide with a lot of my many questions and concerns about our catering event. And even accommodate last minute requests such as adding more pupus, lechons, and a dessert spread. Through email or text, she was quick to respond to all my needs. The day of my daughter's party, they exceeded every expectation I had. Guieb's Catering went all out and above to decorate to match my daughter's pink and gold royal theme. Seriously haven't seen any catering company let alone any food setup as beautiful as they have done. In my opinion even better than the hotel set ups I've been to. They had the pupus on a separate table and the long table spread of starters, starches, main entrees, desserts and the lechon. Although I didn't get a chance to eat or even see the food spread (aside from everyone posting pics of it), I've been getting compliments about how good the food was and the beautiful set up. Their team of workers who were even family members worked so hard to make sure the food trays were never left empty and made sure things turned out perfect. They knew what they were doing and did everything without having to ask us anything. They also provided the utensils and take out plates for left overs. Which I'm surprised we even still had considering that I ordered for expected 300 people but it seemed like more than expected showed up because they failed to rsvp. But thankfully, Guieb's catering is an expert to this food business and made enough to feed everyone. I'm all for supporting local business and this is one company that I would definitely recommend to take care of all your catering needs. Prices are very reasonable and will work with you to your budget as well. Will definitely be back for future event services!

Ordered 39 plate lunches for a ZOOM dinner gathering that we had for a special group of people. They accommodated us with 1 weeks notice (appreciated very much!) Maria's regular communication with me up to the day of pickup was professional. Food was packed nicely and tasted great according reviews from those that received the meal.- shoyu ginger steamed fish - herb chicken- pancit & rice- tossed greens w/dressingPrice was reasonable as well. Will do business again with them. **Ate at their restaurant too: clean dining room, good food, great prices, and attentive service.

After getting quotes from other catering companies, Guieb's catering was able to accommodate all my needs for my sons first birthday party all under our budget.Chef Ernesto & Aunty Maria (wife & assistant) were easy to contact, helpful w/ recommendations, & even offered desserts (w/ additional price yet still within our budget) On the day of, presentation was more than what I expected! Chef Ernesto was able to set up the buffet & even added beautiful carved out fruits w/ my sons name on it! Guieb's Catering provided everything in the picture attached, including the wooden bowls, the basket that held the forks & napkins, the food warmer stand, etc. With help from his son, Chef Ernesto was able to refill the pans throughout the party. As for the food, it will NOT disappoint! Everything was sooo good, even many of our guests said so! Lucky we had more than enough so our guests took some home ;PAffordable prices, ONO food, awesome presentation, great customer service, what more can you ask for? Would I recommend to a friend? Always the best! Awesome customers service and GREAT FOOD! I have nothing bad to say about them. They opened up another site at Wahiawa aside from their Kalihi site. Uncle Guieb, if you guys see this, open one up in Ewa beach!

This catering company is awesome. It was an outdoor event so first thing i was worried was i hope it wont rain, Maria was thoughtful to offer they have tent and tables. I ask for specifics of the inclusions of the packages they have and Maria is willing to listen and incorporate ideas that i have on the event, she went above and beyond in helping me reach my ideas. The set up was good, i did not have to put up or change anything on their section. The food was all good too. Pricing is reasonable as well. They are prompt and patient. Thank you so much to your team my sons 1st birthday was a success also because of you.
