The place is pretty much as looks in the pictures. The staff was extremely friendly. It closes early, so make sure you check the hours of operation.They had a great selection of things to eat and lots and lots of musubi. They even had vegan spam musubi which is so much appreciated! It would be nice if there were a few more vegan options but even the one was a pleasant surprise.I am glad I had this on my stop for my drive around the island.

We got a Spam & Egg Musubi, yakitori, and the Musubi sampler.My hubby's favorite are Daddy G's, Mommy G's, Yumi G's, Tuna Takuan Furikake, and Yakitori.My favorite are Yumi G's, Tuna Furikake, and Yakitori.The rice of the Spam & Egg Musubi is pretty hard so I think it is not freshly made, while the rice of other Musubi are soft and feels fresh.There are a lot of different flavors of Musubi already sold out when we were there at around 12:30pm, come earlier if possible.

The first thing you notice are the friendly greetings from everyone that works there - they seem to genuinely appreciate their customers coming to patronize the business.This was my first visit, the food was very tasty so I definitely will be back to try more. I'll look at the Specials menu before I fill my hands with all the goodies from the self-serve tables. Beware of the humungous pot hole in the parking lot, can't tell how deep it is when it's raining but it will catch you.

My favorite masubi place !!!Best spicy tuna masubi. That always hits the spot after a workout or little side snack.

Convenient, local stop and go spot for delicious musubis and bento boxes. Perfect if you're heading to the beach or just looking for a quick snack.

A great spot for a quick casual grab! Their food is made fresh every morning and definitely taste like it. Everything is reasonably priced. We got food for 2 for 4-5 meals for $50. + Food: Miso soup: 10/10. So flavorful with plenty of veggies. All the other musubis are great and generous on fillings. My favorite was the unagi avocado. + Atmosphere: Service is great and quick and they're all very nice. They don't have seatings so it's a to-go spot. I saw a microwave that I assume you can heat you food up with.

Serious Grindz...Always had this place in mind though never make it in time as they do close early at 1pm but because I had another place to visit I was in the area early enough and remember to give them a visit.Just pay attention because if you don't you'll pay right by but having their own lot makes parking a breeze the hardest part was to decide which bite to have though they do have it all out making it so easy to see and the choices they have is quite impressive though some may disagree I do like that it's not all rice though musubi isn't all that they have here it's like a okay's here as well with ochazuke made with Kyoto Matcha, and specials like hamburger steak and ginger pork bowl...how about a musubi sampler...you can even create your own musubi or bowls.its super spacious inside making it easy to browse and I got a goteborg and Portuguese sausage musubi along with garlic noodles. The Portuguese sausage was like a lup cheong sausage and dry, the goteborg was a nice and perfect sized bite, garlic noodles was a nice and flavorful with a hint of garlic. The staff is nice and friendly and a fun place to grab your lunch or a bite for the road.Thank you!

I was super excited to try this place because of the high reviews and they're only open limited hours so I had to stop by. I'm so sorry but either this place is overhyped or I didn't pick the right items to try. I tried the sampler and a couple teriyaki spam musubi. They were okaaay. I did feel there was more rice to meat ratio. The flavor is good but not something I'd come out of my way for. I also got a dirty look from a local grandma in the store so that kinda ruined my experience a bit.

This is the only musubi place in Kaneohe and it is pretty good. There are many options to choose from. I picked up a platter and sampler musubis to share with my coworkers. We just got the basic flavors but there are many other ones I want to try! The service was friendly and my order was ready when I picked it up in the early morning. There is a parking lot next to the building but there are huge pot holes. The inside of Got'z Grindz is just a take out area. No place to sit, just grab and go. I give this place 4 stars because they used a lot of rice in the musubis and not much filling. It was tasty but I want more rice inside of it.

Cute little musubi place on the side of the highway! We wanted to find a quick lunch somewhere in the area and stumbled upon this place.There's a parking lot right next to the shop. It wasn't too busy when we stopped by, around 11. It's a quaint shop with no seating, so you can just grab your food and go. I loved how welcoming the shop was, and I felt very at home with how warm the staff was and how cozy the shop is. We got somen and some musubi to try. I liked that the sampler was named after the family--it was cute.The price was very affordable, and the quality of the food was good. I really enjoyed the Miki G's--it was very reminiscent of arroz caldo. The somen noodles were refreshing. I think the musubis were delicious, but nothing too out of the ordinary. And for the price that they are at, I'm happy. I would definitely go back for the sampler platter again. I loved the variety, and it travels well!
