I feel ripped off by this company and the policy's behind their refunds. It is sad that they do not honor a refund within four days of purchase.

Beware of this store! Poor communication! They do not explain that there is no refund until you look at the receipt. By that time it's too late because the item was already purchased.

FFF ratingFake! Fake!! Fake!!I purchased three 14k rope chains at once, and had customized one. The very next day, one of the chains broke...it fell in to pieces.The second of those chains broke last week. The clasp fell apart, and clearly its inner workings are not gold but aluminum.And, lastly, I discovered this morning that the third chain, which I had gifted for Mother's Day also broke.They say you get what you pay for, but you can go to what seems to be a legitimate retailer/jeweler, and still get ripped off! Auwē!If you plan on purchasing any jewelry from here, then you might as well go to the Swap Meet.

The first time I stopped in to look for a pair of earrings as a gift, and was immediately greeted by Lily. She was so friendly, helpful, and veryinformative. She was able to work within my budget, and provided me many options. We were able to decide on a pair of gold starfish earrings. Ever since, I've been coming back to Gold Mart to have my watch batteries changed, and for any jewelry gifts I may need. They are always so patient, and always so helpful!

I purchased a 22" 14K YellowGold Necklace worth $2302.79 from Windward GoldMart (discounted). The real price is $3K++. The seller chose the type of necklace despite my inquiry of other type or make. She insisted that I am getting the best necklace for my hook pearl & gold pendant. After awhile, the necklace caused my neck discomfort every time I wear it - irritation, swelling, redness, itchiness. I went back to request for a replacement of different style (not diamond cut) due to it cause friction on my neck/skin. It's quite sharp. The seller insisted that it's the alloy that cause the problem since it's only 14K. She added that 1% of gold buyers experience this issue. She made the impression that I am the unlucky customer of the 1% and so, she will not entertain my exchange. If ever, even that I am willing to pay the difference of a higher quality (than what she chosen for me during our first visit), she will not credit the whole amount. She refused and only will give me an exchange for a much lower price necklace. She will not credit me the full amount of the original price. I am filing a complaint to the proper authority/agency. This is in violation of the 481B. Unfair & Deceptive Practices & 481.B-5.5. The merchant of Windward GoldMart is greedy, unfair and deceptive. I do not recommend this store for they have bad/poor reviews and rate which I failed to check before buying. This is the only jewelry store that is open during the time I purchased last May 24, 2020. Poor service!!!

My dad went in to look for a wedding band to replace his original that he doesn't fit anymore and we were assisted by Alan and his expertise spoke for itself. My dad ended up choosing one that fit him and met his expectations. I mean I think my dad called it "so chic" Bahahah but anyways big ups to Gold Mart for following thru once again. My mom and I have hawaiian bracelets bought from here and Gold Mart is so awesome to clean and shine them whenever we want so we got them shined and glossed in less than a minute all while waiting for my dad to pick out his ring. Real friendly staff and good quality jewelry, no fakes, no scams! What more can you ask for?

I came to windward mall looking for a gift for my girlfriend since the shops in Waikiki seemed a tad overpriced. I randomly walked into this shop and was immediately greeted by Alan and Lily. I don't have the greatest taste when it comes to picking out jewelry but they helped me pick out something she ended up loving that was affordable for me. I'd definitely stop by here again on my next vacation to Hawaii.

We found the wedding band of our dreams here! Summary: All other companies said no can do, Gold Mart ohana said yes we can! Never felt pushed or pressured. Incredibly helpful, local family-owned company. Worth the cost.Since our engagement, I had dreamed of an heirloom design but with a personal twist (a flower from his home country). I searched on insta and etsy and was told it was either impossible to personalize or quoted HUGE fees. We even went to a number of big-name companies in Ala Moana and other locations and were told repeatedly it wasn't possible. When we finally went into Gold Mart, it was with the intention to settle.Thank god, we mentioned this to Lily who IMMEDIATELY stated, "We can do that!" She showed us a number of options, but we never felt pressured to buy. In fact, she encouraged us to go have dinner and then come back. Each time we met with one of this family owned company (4 times in person, 1 over the phone) we were given helpful advice that was never pushy or demanding. My SO even felt that we could have backed out at the last minute, because this family wanted us to be happy with our purchase more than making a purchase. When we finally received our rings, we ended up with hugs from Lily because we were so happy with the design and she was happy for us. This is a family company that's been here since I was a kid. Don't expect perfection, but come for the Aloha and the care for your interests.

I recently inquired with Gold Mart via Instagram about one of their gold heart initial pieces as I was looking for a small gift for my girlfriend. I was responded to really fast and was helped to purchase one of their pieces. Great customer service at the least, I will forsure be buying again in the future. Thank you Gold Mart

My go to store for my jewelry addiction needs! Im VERY particular with my jewelry, not to mention I have very sensitive skin and am just about allergic to everything but 14k gold (some people say it's a blessing in disguise ). At first I went in to look for basics such as gold hoops of all sizes, stackable rings, and basic studs which they have a good inventory of! After getting to know the owners Lily and Alan who are great and very knowledgeable, they were able to custom order and similarly replicate my own designs into amazing jewelry pieces, at such an awesome price!!! This is definitely the store to go to if you're looking for trustworthy jewelers that will go to any extent to make your jewelry inspirations a reality!!
