I compared with a few companies and got the best rates for roundtrip airport shuttle service from Go808Express. I was impressed by how quickly they responded to emails so I booked the airport shuttle and another ride during the trip with them. All 3 drivers we had were prompt and great at communicating - even texting photos of the meet up location to make things clear. Before each ride, they email or call to confirm whether you want the car seats forward-facing or rear-facing so they are already set up and ready to go when the shuttle arrives. I appreciate this attention to detail since we were traveling with a large group of 9. When I realized the night before our return trip that I arranged for pickup at the wrong time, I was so grateful that they were able to accommodate a last-minute time change for us so that we were all able to make it to our flights on time. It was a great experience and because of their spectacular customer service, I'd continue to use them for future trips to Hawaii and will recommend them to my friends & family.

She was very responsive even in our last minute change of plans for our checked baggage. She was great and responded so quickly. Rodney was our driver for both our trips! He was always on time and ready for us. Really loved that both Rodney and Olivia communicated with us through pick up and drop off. Amazing service! We prearranged our pickup the morning of our late night arrival easily. Our driver, Jason, contacted us within minutes of landing and gave us easy directions for pick up. Jason was our driver. Arrived on time, extremely helpful with loading and unloading of our luggage and the vehicle was nice and clean. Super easy and accommodating, would highly recommend to use their services.

10/23 and 10/30 to and from Waikiki / HNL for us four. Again always on time and friendly. Easy to talk to (and understand) with some great info/tips on the Island. A fair price for an excellent ride.

I am so happy I booked GO808Express to pick us up!! So I booked about a month ago. I was worried something would go wrong or they would forget. The minute we landed into Honolulu I got a text from Dale. He was our driver. He was extremely nice and let us know he was there waiting for us and where we should go. He also said to call him as soon as we get to baggage claim and he would be there to pick us up !! He was very detailed on where we were supposed to be. And so friendly!! So as soon as we grabbed our bags he was there. He was very personable and going 2 our hotel was a breeze. Along the way he informed me of some history of Honolulu which was very cool!! It cost us $35 for 2 people one way . That is way cheaper then Uber!!

This group is top notch. We used them the last couple times in Hawaii. They were very prompt, willing to make last minute changes and very easy to deal with. Immediately responded to emails. Drivers kept us updated of where to meet (along with pictures of vehicles). We used them 3 times in a two week period and were very thankful for their prompt servicr. Only group to use in Hawaii

The ride was convenient, affordable, and on time. The owner drove me to airport and he was laid back, friendly, easy to talk with. On my return trip, a different driver was so polite and comfortable with my fatigued silence. I loved that the ride was exactly where they were supposed to be and on time or early. I had the whole van to myself. I will definitely use this service again

The good:Olivia was great communicating by email answering questions promptly and confirming our reservation. Prices were competitive for private shuttles. Drivers contacted us half hour before pick up to confirm reservation. Unimpressive:Drivers got the job done getting us from point to point but we were not wowed by their hospitality or aloha spirit others mentioned in their reviews. Vehicles were a little older but comfortable. Car seat was decent. Nothing stood out about the experience that would keep me coming back to this company next time.
