Glass Roots

Never have I once bought a good product from this place. Usually they're out of the bangers I need, and the batteries that they sell for $30 break in less than a week. Then, when you wanna pick something up just cause you need it, you get left with a note like this. When is 10-15 minutes when there's no reference? Who knows how long dude will be on his break for.

I've been shopping at Glass Roots for about 2 years now and every time I'm in there the customer service is on point! They are so awesome. Prices are super reasonable for my items. Super convenient to my place in Waiks too.

The people are hella cool here. knowledgable on all subjects even music.Parking is easy fly too.

The store is well organized, very clean, and has a large variety of products. Unlike other stores that are cluttered, this store has a great flow and it's easy to see all merchandise. Sean was extremely professional, friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Prices were good compared to other stores I've visited.

Ok... so this was my first experience in a head/smoke shop. I was a bit nervous and intimidated to go in as I wasn't sure what to except.And ... omg ! It was such a good experience!The employee Sean was super helpful and made me feel better as he wore his mask and cleaned his hands after a cash transaction.One of the owners was in there as well. SUPER nice guy and both were so informative but not pushy.I got what I needed but will deff go back for some things I didn't even know existed Would DEFF recommend this place to anyone looking for essentials for their medical marijuana needs. 5 stars

Used to come here about a year ago. Now I don't know if it's new management or what, but the store is NEVER open when I done down. Either someone has put up a sign saying they'll be gone for a bit, or the door is locked during business hours. Go a few miles down to pipeline, at least they'll be open
