Customer service was fantastic! Had to reschedule my rental truck by 6 hours because my apartment wasn't ready and she was so helpful! She had instructions printed out for us so we wouldn't have to sweat all the details while we were in our moving flurry too! Also, added bonus is that there are such cute stray cats in the area and if I could I would give this place 6 stars because of them

I used their U-Haul service once and was very satisfied with the experience. Their vehicle was clean and maintained well, the lady I dealt with was very nice and got me into a U-Haul van very quickly. Parking is limited there so if you're leaving a vehicle behind while you drive the rental you might have issues finding a spot to park. They allowed me to park in front of the stiee5since there was a free spot open. Will use them again if needed.

I showed up a few mins after business hours for my pickup and the lady in there was nice enough to reopen and walk me through my rental. We rent a truck monthly for business needs so we're not unfamiliar with the whole process but she even gave tips about the truck to save gas that no one had ever mentioned!

Just some constructive criticism.... Don't smoke in your place of business... with the A/C on blast. It's nasty. Your door is literally 5 feet away from your desk.

Amazing experience doesn't begin to define the customer service I received. The stress of moving was really bad but the nice folks here made it A LOT less stressful. We rented a 15ft Uhaul truck to move all of our furniture and the truck was easy to drive and unloading was very easy. Highly recommend renting from this Uhaul branch! :) pricing is reasonable too

Really easy renting a truck from this establishment...step 1: Book your vehicle on the uhaul website.step 2: Check in at the front office.step 3: Pick up your vehicle in the back lot.step 4: Move your stuff.step 5: Top off gas tank.step 6: Return your vehicle to the back lot.step 7: Pay the bill. Receipt's in the email.Sidenotes: Rates are a very reasonable buck and change per mile (plus initial rental fee for the vehicle of your choice)... The person working there (sorry I forgot her name) is personable and before you drive off she will show you the ropes on how to use the uhaul vehicle you choose.
