How can I sum up my customer service experience with Erica (Complex Rehab Coordinator) in one word?... AWESOME. If your boss is reading this (Dale, I hope you are) this is my commendation for you, Erica-- you deserve a raise, a promotion, DOUBLE PTO, a corner office on the top floor, and a company car *with* a company debit card for gas. If you were MY employee I'd provide you with all of those things and put you as my department head with a mandate to promote excellence in customer service amongst all my employees. Good employees who do their job well are rare enough as it is. But GREAT employees who are invested in the company's vision, purpose, and success and love their work and the people they serve are as rare as a red emeralds. What more can I say? On a scale of 1 to 10, YOU Erica, are an ELEVEN! The staff here are so amazing! Super friendly and fast. Welcoming atmosphere and patient. Everything on display and someone is always available to answer your questions. Thank you Shy & Vanessa for helping life's transitions after my son's accident be super smooth! Prices are reasonable.

Gammie Homecare is located in the shopping center near pearl ridge. To get there from Leeward side, take the first right into the driveway after the Mcdonalds. After turning right into the driveway continue straight and it'll be located on the right-hand side after the barber shop. Parking lot can get full when busy.I rate Gammie Homecare 5/5. I went in there to look at the mobility scooters as I'm thinking of getting a three-wheel version. They only have Pride brand mobility scooters. Which is a great brand their mobility scooters are top of the line. The mobility scooters Gammie Homecare range in price from 1K to 7K. However, they advise using insurance if you want to get a mobility scooter.They also have other items in stock. Like wheelchairs, rollators, and walking aids. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the one who helped me. But she was very nice and informative. She advised me that if they didn't have the Pride mobility scooter, I wanted. They could bring it to Hawaii, but it would require a downpayment. One of the mobility scooters they had for a sale was a former rental. So, if you are looking for a mobility scooter. It appears that you can also rent one. Very great place if you want to browse. ~ Minister Baris

Unorganized and it's hard to get someone on the phone plus the item was twice the price than online (didn't find out till later).

When dealing with any business, companies, etc I appreciate good customer service. The experience that I've gotten from Gammie Homecare is always a good vibe, whether if it's, talking to them over the phone to even having their Delivery or Technician come to your home it's always a good vibe.I've recently did a temporary move because the management where I live at are doing renovations on every unit and mind you I hate moving it's so inconvenient for me being disabled and being bedridden and my main component to my lifestyle is my Electric hospital bed so everything needs to be set up right and the timing is important because I'm like a fish out of water when it comes to my bed, I can't be out of it too long because of how my condition is it was complicated..Since I gotten my bed through Gammie HC, I gave them a call to make arrangements for my bed to be relocated and I talked to a person by the name of Shantel or Chanel, I think it was and she was so nice and easy to talk to and when I told her about my situation and what I wanted, she explained the whole process to me from the schedule date and payment and just by talking to her I knew everything was going to be a smooth transition because my anxiety level was on high....So the renovations took 3 weeks and so I paid for a going and coming back transfers of my bed and on those 2 separate days, I had the pleasure of meeting these 2 Technicians Edward and Kawika, they were so awesome very polite, kind, respectful and had so much Aloha when they did their job and honestly I hope to see those guys again they were the best...I'm so glad I picked the right place to get my equipment from because I've dealt with a few other competitors out there but Gammie you're one of the best out there and all I have to say is, You have a happy customer right here and Thank you for your services..I highly recommend Gammie HC to anyone who is in search of Med equipment and even rentals too, they gotch you!!!

Don't get sucked in by this place. They provided me with a new wheelchair about a year ago and told me they could do ANY repairs if I just called them. Low and behold, one of the $750 Spinergy wheels' quick release pins broke yesterday. I called and the girl said I could come down today to the repair shop (instead of them coming to me) at 2:30 and that she'd text me the address at Pearl Highlands. I called because I still haven't received a text and it went to her voicemail. If you use a manual wheelchair, let your insurance guide you to a different provider; I wish I would have! I stand by my original post now because it took them over NINE months to get my wheelchair here and it was completely the wrong one. Then they made it right by getting another one within three months. On an island where there are quite a few veterans that are in need of some sort of assisted device, you'd think they cared more about customer service. Sincerely, Robert Brandon

Went to look for rolators. Found what I was looking for except it didn't have a seat. Shynelle informed me that a seat was available for that model but they no longer had them in stock as they were discontinuing business with that company. The floor model was the only one left and if I decided I wanted it to call her back and she would hold it for me as we decided that we would try other options. I didn't purchase anything but will certainly return if I needed anything and will definitely recommend this company to others looking for medical supplies. Excellent service!

My 96 yr. old dad lives on Oahu and his rollator walker broke and he needed one right away. I'm his daughter who lives in Hilo & tried to assist him via long distance. To complicate things, his medical insurance was changing over on Jan. 1, 2024 and we had less than 2 weeks to get approval, while everyone being busy during the holidays. I Yelped and Goggled every medical supply companies on Oahu and when presented with the insurance change, they either said can't do it or don't think insurance will cover. Well, Gammie Homecare staffs; Naomi, Shy & Vanessa, expedited the paperwork so efficiently and collaborated the process with my dad's doctor & nurses and all the while, kept me updated. Amazingly, I was notified on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023 that his rollator walker was ready for fitting & pick up. My dad went in, using his broken walker (even had a cutting board screwed in as his chair lol). Vanessa called me after he left and told my dad, now he can get rid of his broken one and they made a 96 yr. old so very happy and an ultimate Xmas gift. EVERYONE needing medical supplies/equipment etc... through my personal long distance experience and my 96 yr. old Dad, WE BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMEND & REFER WITH NO HESITATION ... Absolutely the BEST TOP NOTCH Staff and Company!!! Mahalo and Happy New Year!

Needed repair to my six month old pride scooter. This agency was the only one on Oahu William to service scooter. Manager Mike sis clearly one of a kind. My scooter was replaced expeditiously by the manufacturer. His attention to doing the right thing for his customers are one of a kind. In today's economy, it's not seen enough. Thank you Gammie Home Care. I have my independence back.
