I've trained with Karo for about a year and half now and she's helped me reach my goals in many ways. I have never lifted weights before I started training with Karo and was looking to get stronger and build some muscle. Karo helped me feel confident about lifting in a progressive manner. She pays close attention to my form and makes sure I am doing everything right and not hurting myself in any way. Her workouts are both fun and challenging. She knows how to push me enough to get to the next level in an enjoyable way. She's also helped me to track my macros and stay on track. You can definitely rely on her to hit your nutrition goals.
