This place is located on the second level of the International Marketplace. It is a restaurant by day and a night club by night. They usually charge a a cover for the night club, even on Thursdays. It has a hip vibe and attracts a younger crowd. It is relatively small and gets cramped in a few areas. They have a patio area with seating and some VIP areas that can be rented. There is a full bar area and a ground level DJ booth with an adequate dance floor. I think this place has a poor design because you have to go through the dance floor perimeter to get from the front door to the bar. The staff was ok. They did their job, nothing more, nothing less. They serve food during the day, and stopped serving food when the place goes into night club mode. They have a video board that plays the music videos of the songs the DJ is playing. The DJ was putting it down and playing a mix of old and new hits. The place has a hip and cool vibe and I like the bright colors and neon lights everywhere.I came on a Thursday and it was not very busy. I heard the the best nights are Friday and Saturday. So, I am not going to write this place off just yet. I will have to check it out on a weekend to make a better decision about this spot.

27/28 June 2024 .. a blog of sorts.I arrived in Honolulu/Waikiki. It was late, but I decided to go for a walk and survey.I have been to Fyre for lunch and dinner, so I knew that after the kitchen closed (9:00pm), the restaurant converted into a club. But when I arrived on this night, it was slow.I asked the staff which late nights were most vibrant. I was told the busiest late nights are Friday, Saturday--and interestingly, Wednesday. If you are looking for late night activity, Fyre by Night is an option.

I guess I'll be the first review ! Here's the down and dirty . Visiting and I'm enjoying myself immensely. As a migos song goes off ... " bad and Bougie .... " The Dj is spinning some of the best music I've heard in a while .... Not too long not too short... The girl Guy ratio reflects the land demographic. 50/50. The dynamic remains strange however as most of Ohau is . I continue to tower over the populous. Being 6'8 has its advantages. I'm reminded of Tupac " All Eyes on Me ....." Positive island Hawaiian vibes no mean mugging. BeautifulPeople all around . The drinks are affordable vibe is chill . No food at night but the eye candy is plenty . As a non local you will be asked if that is the case from the local woman My response remains cryptic as the locals become more inquisitive . I guess my Fadora , fited skinny fit dress pants , Holster vest and Tom ford ombré leather cologne, complemented by Tom ford Tuscan leather don't give it away ... " we're no longer in Kansas toto... " I feel overdressed as I look at the chill flip flops and tennis shoes contrasting my red bottoms ... I think Rick Ross said it best ... " the ones underneath me recognize the red bottoms I wear ... " Regardless I Thrive
