We stopped in for an early lunch here and had two lovely set lunches! Definitely come here for lunch -- cold noodles, salad, and the various types of sushi make for a filling yet incredibly refreshing meal. Perfect to beat the heat in Waikiki. I would recommend this place to anyone, and next time we visit O'ahu we will be back here again for lunch! Service was prompt and efficient, with a warm greeting and farewell at the door! Everything looks well ordered and spotless behind the sushi bar too!

We dream about this sushi place from California. The boat is the best way to go - the freshest fish and best combination. We LOVE the dragon role that's the best. I can't remember the name of the individual roll in the picture below but it had tempura shrimp. It was not the best pick honestly and ironically the most expensive roll. Wish we picked dragon roll again honestly . We also tried uni - very expensive but worthwhile for a fresh, unique taste

+Food: The Waikiki Bridge was a generous amount of sushi for 2 people. The fish was very fresh. +Service: Friendly and fast, even though the restaurant was busy on a Wednesday evening. +Ambiance: Cozy. We sat at the bar and could watch the chefs making the sushi.

I was craving sushi for a late lunch and found Furusato Sushi. It was nice to be able to eat after the lunch rush so I could enjoy our enormous Waikiki Bridge order.I have to admit I was ordering the Waikiki Bridge because of the aesthetics; it was nicely plated and of course social media worthy. The Waikiki Bridge came with Rainbow Roll, Dragon roll, tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, squid sashimi. The fish was fresh and it was a good amount for 2 people. If you're craving a lot of sushi, get the Waikiki or Hawaiian Bridge!

Located on the strip in Waikiki, I knew it would be busy during dinner time. We waited about 10 minutes for our table and there isn't exactly a "waiting area" we just stood outside until they called us. The service was a bit slow and it seemed like only one person who was the host and server while others were in the kitchen. We ordered the "Waikiki Bridge" which comes with assorted sashimi as well as a dragon roll + rainbow roll. This comes out to $72 for two people. The amount was more than enough for two people and the quality of fish was amazing. The fish was smooth and melts in your mouth. However, there are other places in waikiki that offer similar dishes with a cheaper price point that equate the same quality. Furusato Sushi was a great place to try during our stay in Waikiki!

Gone are the days of making reservations and dressing up for $$$$ dinners! This spot is perfect for a casual yet satisfying meal after our Waikiki sunset walk. We love being able to walk in, wait just 15-20 minutes, and snag a spot at the sushi bar. The dragon roll and shrimp tempura roll are our absolute favorites--fresh, flavorful, and just what we're craving. Simple, convenient, and delicious--what more could you ask for?

I came in on Halloween night, which I found out was bonkers (in a good way) in Waikiki. The restaurant was giving out candies to trick-or-treaters, which was really cute. I rolled in with my mobility scooter, not realizing the restaurant was not very big. The wait staff did their best to accommodate me by moving tables around. I was embarrassed to cause so much trouble. Next time, I will leave the scooter outside. The sashimi was great and I took advantage of my solo dining status and ordered the uni. OMG that was so yummy! Definitely worth the price.

I'd have to say considering the location and freshness of the food this is a steal on Waikīkī. The food was incredibly fresh. We did the Waikiki bridge which fed 2 of us for $80. The sashimi melts in your mouth. The rolls are fresh and crisp. I didn't notice anything super unique, but the basics were done great. Service was friendly and prompt. Small tables and seats like Japan make it feel authentic. Right across the street from the beach.

Down the street a few blocks from our hotel on Kalakaua by Waikiki was a smaller sushi bar with about six tables of four and some sushi bar seating. Clean area and nice use of space and folks are very nice. Place has been here since 1964 they say. There was a wait list at 9:00 in the evening so you know this place is somewhat legit. The menu is filled with the typical Americanized rolls along with some distinctly Japanese options. Their marquee is a Waikiki bridge, made of 20 or so pieces of sushi/rolls, etc. We didn't try that as my wife is not much of a sushi eater and I didn't really have the appetite this night. But it looks great and would probably be fun to try next time. The chirashi and Donburi bowls caught my eye this time and so I went with the salmon and salmon eggs (salmon and ikura don). Very nice and clean, very simple and very good. They had a piece of tamago in it as well as a mint leaf for flavor. After being on the mainland for a while it's easy to forget how clean sushi could and should be without all that mayonnaise and other sauces....LOL...My wife informed the waitress that she liked shrimp tempura as well as cream cheese and the nice lady recommended a roll with the addition of cream cheese to personalize it for her. We appreciate the recommendation and the quick service. I do have to mention the tempura was really amazing flavor and fry on it. Like I said, being on the mainland in middle America for a while you forget what island flavor should taste like....I got a sake bottle for $10 (hot sake) and I think all together the bill came out to about $65 which is not bad. I'd say this place is worth a visit if you're close to Waikiki.

The food here is amazing! Everything was so fresh and the food came out fast! The service was amazing and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner out. It is a little small inside but we had lots of fun at the bar top. I just wish we could make reservations! There is a waitlist. However, we went on a weekday around 6:30pm and didn't need to wait.
