The nostalgia! The fun!Came here recently looking for something to do and it was a great choice! Surprisingly, 20 dollars can get you quite a bit of plays on their games. No more tokens, everything is electronic on play cards. These can be purchased at the desk. Lots of machines to reload new or old cards.This location was clean, secure, and fairly empty on a week day night. More fun for you and your party!Wide variety of games. All were functioning and fair.The cool part is Fun Factory has double dollar days so you get twice as much points on your card to play with. These are usually week day or holiday specials.

Wow! all I have to say is... AWESOME! I'd say come here to play games , have fun & book a party. Party section must have 10 people minimum @ $25 per card @ 90 minutes of unlimited play time per card. HENCE, the $25. Card is reusable & reloadable. You can also add more cards if your party is more than 10 people. Each card can add money to the usage. Bring your own food & drinks. NO ALCOHOL! Bring your own cake & decorations. No glitter, confetti or Piñata. Keep it Simple & nice! But also HAVE FUN! Doesn't matter MY PERSONAL FEELINGS... PROFESSIONALLY, this place is really outstanding and CLEAN!!!!! Not crowded, plenty of room to MOVE AROUND, for the little ones to BE SEEN & to run. Not run playground style BUT... run as in going from game to game! AND as a parent, we want to make sure the party area is SAFE from the doors or strangers. They have a secured private section for the party. It's really well organized and most importantly, NEAT WITH ATTRACTIVE FUN GAMES!See photos for flyer on parties. Thanks for looking guys! Came here an hour before they closed. The lady at the counter was super helpful and got us set up to play. She even told us to make sure to come back in Thursday for a special. Place was clean and every machine worked which is rare.

Daughter wanted to come here to play games. Hubby and daughter loves to play games. As we entered, there was no one inside except us but it started getting busy later on in the afternoon. The lady working here was nice and super helpful. My Yelp buddy, Michelle R. got to play a few games. Good times! My daughter and I played air hockey. There's plenty of games inside. Before leaving, my daughter wanted a stuffed bunny rabbit. Hubby got her the bunny rabbit with his points. There were cool games and awesome prizes to win. Big thumbs up from my daughter. We will be back over and over.

Kaeo was very kind and attentive. My girls were playing and walked away from some tickets. She came to look for us and gave us the tickets. Thanks again for your kindness!

This is the best Fun Factory on the island, the facility is nicer and they have better customer service then all other branches (especially Mililani). Though this location is far from me, I always make the trip to hang out at this location. Especially for some fun time you cannot beat 50% off on Tuesdays. However, the real reason I come here is for the great customer service. Today I found that I misplaced my Gold Card that I had gotten at the Mililani location. I tried to get assistance from them but they basically told me oh well you didn't register the card. I did feel upset because even though it was my fault I lost the card they didn't tell me my card was not registered when they upgraded me to Gold. I registered my original card previously and at the time they told me I didn't have to do anything when I got the gold card. So I figured the registration carried over. Silly me I know, I was naive.Fast forward I decided to get assistance from the Kalihi location. They were able to help me, I was able to get my card back, and they provided me with the warmth and kindness that is lacking at Mililani.They made me feel better about the situation, so much I decided to stay and play and had a great time with my dad.Thank you Kalihi Fun Factory! If Management ever reads this review, please commend the two fantastic ladies who worked today during thanksgiving at 1400. Whenever I come in they always welcome me and with a smile. They should probably lead your customer service trainings.

I love specific games involving basketballs, shooting or racing. I gave fun factory 5 stars because my friends and I had a blast playing with no one else around. Once u know how to get tokens from the fun factory card then u don't need humans in here to help. Loved the privacy- took a pic on how empty place was - I never saw a worker in there

not sure if any admins if fun factory kamehameha shopping center read this but .... please bring back initial d arcade. there is only a few initial d arcades on this island and back a decade ago you guys were one of them. this was the go to spot for intitial d battles. i think you should get rid of those two cruisin' racing games because those are too easy, please bring back more challenging racing games. there is a niche of arcade racers who are looking for a game thats not midnight maximum tune. initial d or battle gear would bring loads of car enthusiasts to have fun and enjoy

This particular FF location does not have much by way of video arcade games, but my 3 year old boys still had a lot of fun with the rides and video driving games. We came here to celebrate a birthday. As part of the party package, each person gets a swipe card that entitles you to unlimited play on video games, rides, and 20 plays for the games that gives you tickets (i.e. skeeball, basketball, claw games) for 90 minutes. For adults, it may get kinda boring, but it's great for the kids. The cost for the host is $15 per person, and there is a 10 person minimum.The best thing about this location is that they have a seating area for parties, equipped with lined picnic-style benches and tables. You are free to bring in your own drinks and food (we catered from Panda Express which is located in the same shopping center).

Manny And Christian are literally the most kindest workers, best customer service and just overall nice, love it
