Clean store, friendly staff, nice seating options and area for the keiki to play. The yogurt was really tasty, there were lots of options for different dietary needs- sample cups, which was nice. Loved all the flavors and toppings! Will be back for sure :)Happy hour 8-9pm, buy 1 get one 1/2 off.

The attendants here are always friendly, and while parking can be a challenge, there's enough seating inside for my family to sit and enjoy our froyo. I've visited a few times but never left a review because nothing particularly stood out--good or bad. However, I wanted to post today's experience as a reminder to explore other froyo spots that might be more budget-friendly.I took my kids (12, 8, and 5) for small cups, and the total came to $55. My 5-year-old had a modest swirl with a few sprinkles, marshmallows, and one Oreo. My 8-year-old also had a small portion, and my 12-year-old had less than half a serving with a few toppings and Oreos. I had a large cup, about 3/4 full, with some mango and strawberries, so I imagine mine cost significantly more, but $55 plus tip still feels excessive.Dealing with my fussy 5-year-old, I quickly signed the bill without questioning it, but the price suggests we got about 3.5 lbs of froyo at $0.99 per ounce. Even if it was weighed correctly, I can't justify spending that much again. The yogurt flavor selection was decent but not amazing, and the toppings were okay--they didn't have cheesecake pieces or granola, but there was a good variety otherwise. The shop was a bit warm, and parking was tricky. Looking back, I wish I'd asked for an itemized receipt to see the breakdown. After settling my son, I even took a video of what we got, and based on that, I expected the total to be closer to $30-$40, even with Hawaii's higher prices. Unfortunately, it ended up at $55 plus tip, which has me rethinking future visits.

Came here after a beach day. Got here at 11:50. Online hours said open at 11. The open sign was lit up but they are CLOSED! Doors were pad locked and store is dark with no one inside. Please change your hours and turn off your sign if you are not open. Really wanted to try this place. Such a disappointment.

Nice place for an afternoon snack. Plenty of yogurt flavors, plus a lot of topping choices. They allow you to sample in small cups. They charge by the ounce. It's a little pricey, but good. They have off street parking and the staff is friendly

Lots of topping selections, but the frozen yogurt tasted watered down. The blueberries were fresh but the mangoes tasted like fish for some weird reason. Lots of seating available. Nice friendly service.

Frost is one of the few places on island that still serve froyo, which is one of my favorite sweet treats. They also sell a variety of other treats like shave ice. I got a bowl with plain tart, which is my go-to frozen yogurt flavor. Their plain tart wasn't as good as other ones I tried. It tasted a little off for some reason, maybe a bit watery? They had a wide variety of toppings, and I ended up getting the cookie dough. We went closer to closing and there was a BOGO 50% off happy hour deal. I didn't even realize this was a thing, but it was a nice surprise! There's some seating inside and a few seats outside, and there's also a decent amount of parking in their lot.

Love this spot for special after school dates with my kids. They love being able to pour their own ice cream and top it off with all kinds of toppings to enjoy from cereal, to candy, to fresh fruit and syrups. The froyo is self serve so you do everything yourself. They have regular sized cups and large sized cups. I do wish they had a kid sized cup because the regulars are even big for me. You pay by weight so keep that in mind when you're loading up your toppings. They have ample seating at tables or for a more casual feel, they have comfy couches and a nice play area for the kiddos. The owner even came over and put on Kung Fu Panda on the tv for my kids which was a treat. They share a parking lot with neighboring businesses but usually always a spot open.

The coolest place in Kailua...Frost...simple name complex build as the choices here are mind-blowing! Long gone are the self-serve froyo as covid has basically taken everything behind a plexiglass like a science project where your options dwindle down to a few choices...not here! This cool place on Oneawa Street will have you build your own creation with everything you can imagine and as I had zero intention how all you have to do is just take a short browse around and of course start with the frozen yogurt...and with over a dozen to choose from it can get overwhelming thought once I saw Peppermint and it's twin partner of chocolate that was an instant no brainer...chocolate peppermint twist...bam! Which then there are 14 different cereal, over 20 sweet toppings, then there still the chilled fruits and popping boba section not to mention the syrup bar of chocolate, guava, lilikoi, strawberry and so much more...ya they have LiHing as well! All this was at 0.88 an ounce. There's also a self serve shave ice which sounds like a fun thing to do with so much fun seating zones makes it a fun place to get out of the heat and into Frost zone!Thank you!

Frost has a great atmosphere. Hires kids prob college students to run the register. Fun vibe.Flavors and toppings re really great too! I like to try the Ube whenever I go but always end up getting something chocolately The parking is rough but folks usually cycle through pretty quick. If you're in Kailua this is a nice place for a quick dessert.

Froyo flavor and topping selectionns are amazing. However the service me and my group received was easily the most unwelcoming and aggressive customer service experience I have ever experienced. Upon entering the store, our group was greeted with a passive-aggressive energy by the employee. I also asked to get a second spoon, which I was told was "not allowed" due to company policy? Finally we were told the couches were meant for a maximum of 5 people each, which we listened to and followed. Then we were told that we had to leave the store for not following the rules about the couch? So we were told to wait outside in the pouring rain. Our group spent around $200 so I was extremely disappointed in the aggressive behavior we received during our stay. Unfortunately I can't foresee myself coming back to due to the service I received.
