Peace be still
Sunrise 9/10/21
Mother Nature looking back at me. Truly a beautiful spot for midnight photography.
Almost like a painting!
Great place for exposure shots.

Fort Hase Beach is a family favorite of ours. At low tide, the little cove is perfect for the family as it's calm and not too rough. Low tide also exposes the tide pools for littles to play in without any waves. If you're lucky, you may also find a seashell or two.

Have you ever noticed that each day starts with such diversity? Some days it's dark and cloudy. Other days it's warm and sky blue. As I compared sunrise photos captured from another beach yesterday, the images are uniquely different. There is however, one consistent aspect to sunrises....light breaks through darkness. When the sun rises, there's comfort in knowing we get to start fresh everyday. There's relief in knowing we can leave our past burdens behind. There's also a level of excitement to see how the day goes.At this particular beach, from the parking area, you are literally just a few steps away from the shoreline. The sand here isn't as prestine though. There were a few more people enjoying a morning walk at this location compared to North Beach.Lots of open space to pick a spot and be socially distant from others on the beach. Great opportunity to sit and reflect on things while watching the sun warm up and brighten our day."When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, 'I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of Life'."Romans 8: 12Thank you for reading this, have a blessed day.

Lately it's been my go-to for catching the sunrise on the windward side of Oahu because of it's location, away from the crowds. There are plenty of spots for you to park and just take it all in. If you love to take landscape photos, you can do that here without people getting into your shot. If you have base access, this is definitely a spot you want to check out while you're on base. As someone has already noted, there are no showers or bathrooms, but I did see a porta-john nearby.

I love walking to this beach and watching the sunrise. It's a beautiful spot and not usually crowded. There isn't much beach space when the tide is high, but it's a nice place to take in nature. My dogs love coming here for a quick swim when the water is calmer.

A Great place to spend the day. Beautiful views and crystal clear water. Dogs welcome to enjoy the beach as well. Come exploring the coral and try your luck at one of the several fishing spots. Parking only a few feet away from the beach is very convenient. This is an excellent place to watch the sunrise.

Awesome place for the kids to swim and play. Not over populated, there was lots of rubbish in the water when we went but still swimmable. Pyramid rock beach was way too rough so we landed here. No bathrooms or showers that's why I gave it three stars

This beach is perfect! Great waves a few families. Water is clear and can see down to the floor. There are rocks in the area to climb on to and observe. Down side there are rocks as you go further out makes it hard to swim and boogie board.
