My father passed away and it was a terrible time for the family.We ordered the wreaths from "Flowers by Eva" the location was convenient 1 block from Bothwick . Delivery was a breeze. Unfortunately the wreaths were sub-par. Full of fillers instead of flowers. The wreaths fell apart easily at the burial site. Very disappointing, no wonder she shut down a few months later. On the opposite end ...The wreaths from Jr Lou was really outstanding, beautiful and held its own. Thank you aunty Ling for your generosity!Would reccomend getting wreaths made from here , top top quality 5 gold stars.

Worst experience ever. Don't order from here.I ordered same day delivery flower at 7am.And they should've been delivered it until 5pm.But they didn't so I cancelled it. But they still delivered it. And next day they call the recipient and take the flower back lol What a mess!I called them and the lady was so disrespectful and rude. They should be call the flower company or call me. I don't know how they doing business.

I am impressed and super happy!Never been to this business/shop. Wanted to send flowers to my best friend for her birthday. I called over (I'm in California) to another florist, but said they were only doing Valentine's (my friend's birthday happen to fall right before the Vday rush) arrangements/orders/delivery. They recommended Flowers By Jr Lou, saying "they could possibly help you" and they did! I just felt warmth of customer service and attentiveness during the call. I didn't have or see any pictures other than me saying "it's my best friend's birthday, I'm looking to get a bouquet of flowers for her". My gf snapped a pic and texted me to show what was delivered to her and just WOW! My gf really loved the arrangement. I'm glad Jr Lou & T we're able to help me - thank you!

I don't know too much about the flower department, but in the past I have gotten various stuff from this flower shop in Moiliili called - Flowers By Jr Lou & T.Yes, my 1st flower experience from Flowers By Jr Lou & T dates back to my High Skool dayz, when I needed something when I went to the school prom, or when I had other functions where I needed a lei.It's been awhile since I stepped into this flower shop, but what led me here recently was that one of my Yelp buddies - Jennifer C. had told me that someone stole her red colored air plant from her house recently, and she had just bought the plants recently! Aiyah! How can people be "lil' dat????" Holiday season is here, and they all act like one knucklehead and steal, and do stupid stuff lil' dat!!!! Batchi on them!!!!!!Well, I came here looking for the air plant to give to my friend, and to be honest, I don't know squat about flowers, or for that matter on what an air plant is, so I had to ask a clerk.The clerk was very friendly and assisted me..................unfortunately Flowers by Jr Lou & T did not carry any red colored air plants, so I picked up this teeny tiny plant for my friend. Don't let the pic fool you.................the plant was so tiny, it's about 1/3 to 2/3 the size of the palm of my hand. With the plant, the nice clerk gave me a spray water bottle & told me how to water this plant (Yes, da plant is real! Lol!).One of my Yelp buddies - Em Jade G. asked me what does the character on the flower pot says???? Good question Jade..........but sorry Bruddah man cannot read da Asian character, don't even know if it's in Chinese or Japanese????? Maybe someone in internet la la land can help a Bruddah out???? Lol! If I find out, I will let you know Em Jade G.! :DAnyways, I appreciate the good service I received from - Flowers by Jr. Lou & T, and will be back should I ever need any flowers.

Wow!That's my first thought in how to describe this bonsai/plant design shop.Came here looking for a bonsai tree for my wife. They had a great variety of different styles of trees, and sizes.What was very impressive is they had a number of aquariums with underwater bonsai trees, with fish, as well as open-faced aquariums with moss and small bonsai trees with water cascading down. I spoke with one of the managers there, he said what he prefers is to have someone come in and design their own aquarium. He'll set you up with an aquarium size, and you choose the kind of tree you want, the type of rocks, and other various settings. The end product is something that you design! This is an excellent spot to come for a gift, or to design something specifically that you have in mind. A real bonsai experience!

They don't want business with us, I can tell. Most of all, NO ALOHA VIBES. This is drastically unacceptable if you are a customer. And the woman is somehow a bit rude. So disappointed with this place.~We just need a succulent for our pot to put it in our lanai & to our kitchen sink. But this woman has all the excuses and just don't want to do business with us. Then we asked about plants that don't need to have sun exposure then she said it won't not be good in our pot. Basically she wants us to buy also the pots they got, but we don't want to because our pot is way better than theirs. Goodness! T'was so frustrating dealing with the owner/staff in this place. They care more on sales. They just want more money! And this other older woman everytime she give us a look it feels like we are murderers & somehow we look like a villain in some tv shows.~Anyways, never again. Enough for this frustrating plant store. ~Mahalo & HAPPY JUANDERING fellow yelpers despite the bad experience.

We wanted a maile lei for our daughter's graduation...but even trying to pre-order a month in advance, we ran into difficulties: several sellers told us flat out that there was NO maile to be found anywhere on the island: no supply, so we shouldn't even bother looking. (Unbelievably, "maile-style" ti leaf lei: $65-$85!) After a string of discouraging responses, remembering that my aunty's go-to florist has long been Jr Lou & T, I called to inquire. At that point, it was exactly a week before graduation, so I wasn't hopeful. Spoke to Lou, who was super-kind: not only did they had maile, she also noted it was the end of the season, so highly advised doing a double strand to achieve proper fullness. Lots of old-school trust: I did not need to pay in advance, but could pay at pickup time. Picked up our lei yesterday morning, and the double-strand maile was perfect: lush, pristine, and fragrant, and they'd added some celebratory striped ribbons for good measure. $100, but the quality was excellent! Highly recommend this business!

I have never been disappointed. If you want QUALITY-go here. They KNOW. Maybe a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Quality, Honesty, Fresh. Been my go to place for YEARS -decades even and I'm 62!

This was my go to place for flowers and lei for many years...so I panicked when I went there and it looked closed. But, I parked to look inside and saw people in there. They need to put a Big "OPEN" sign over their gate And paint the buzzer. They used to have a great selection of beautiful lei, but I was so disappointed they only had 2 ordinary lei...although the price was much better than other florists, I needed something more special.

Thank you for the haku that we needed last minute! Decent price for last minute and it was beautiful.
