I needed flowers delivered on a Sunday and was so happy I found this place!They were kind in the phone, told me what was already made up and delivered in record time!The bouquet was lovely and lifted my friend's spirits!Mahalo nui loa!

DIL ordered a sympathy arrangement with Telaflora from Flowers by Carole. Order was made early morning and by noon the flowers arrived. Carole calls first to be sure you are home and gives a ball park idea of when the delivery will be made. Driver was nice and friendly and identified himself even before I opened the door. Flowers were beautiful! They looked just like the sympathy bouquet online - no skimping by Carole! You get what you order, even though the person ordering may not get to see the arrangement. Flowers are fresh and still doing nicely. The arrangement was also nicely and safely packed for delivery in a sturdy, professional looking box. I haven't had to order arrangements for a while, but since my go to florist no longer delivers, I'm switching to Carole since it's a convenient location with parking. Highly recommend!

Flowers but Carole was my go to florist when I lived in Hawaii and still is now that I'm in the mainland. Customer service - Friendly, helpful, accommodating. Quality - The Best! Carole makes the most beautiful and amazing arrangements. Flowers are always fresh and top quality. She is an artist! I asked for a Thank You arrangement and left it to her. I'm always pleased with what she comes up with. Price - Average. Worth every dollar spent

I've ordered flowers for my best friend for her birthday a few times. They have always looked very much like the picture of the product I'm ordering. Actually this a the last time tremendously exceeded my expectations. Stunning arrangements, careful attention to detail, excellent delivery and costumer service and equals and often exceeds value. I searched Google since I live on another island. Saw the beautiful flowers and the pricing! Some other florists usually charge way more!, I actually called the number just to make sure I was reaching a local florist and Carole answered. She was so nice and helpful to me. She gave me options I could give her my order on phone or online. I chose online. She advised me to add notes to special instructions. And she also said call and she will make sure everything to right! I asked for morning delivery and my friend received 9:45 or so.The flowers made her day!! Smiling brightly!! Mahalo Carole!!!

I was looking for a local florist that was in Aiea and the find was absolutely perfect. The bouquet of flowers were beautiful and was the same as noted on the website. Delivery was easy. My Auntie is not well, so our family will be alternating sending a bouquet every 11-12 days so that she will always have flowers to brighten her day.

Ordered surprise sympathy flowers for a friend. I choose to support local, but the flowers delivered didn't look anything as pictured online.

I came in because I've been needing a pick me up and thought buying myself flowers would definitely help. I came in knowing I wanted a bouquet of flowers, but couldn't say how exactly I wanted it. Well, Flowers by Carole has definitely outdone themselves. May I just say that these are so beautiful and this bouquet has definitely gave me something to smile and be happy about.
