This is a gem of a gym! The location is central with validated parking at the Dole Cannery garage (above the theatre). The equipment is always clean and the staff is friendly. Owner Debbie is fantastic, she knows how to motivate me. Highly recommend!

The Hawaiian Airlines of gyms. The people here are respectful, friendly, and filled with aloha. They are in here with a purpose, no distractions. Also, it doesn't get too crowded.Half the gym is indoors with AC and the other half is outdoors. The cardio equipment is in a separate room.You can park in the lot shared with Home Depot and Costco, but I prefer parking in the structure above the theaters because it's easier to find parking and there's shade. Free validation.Surprisingly, they have the GOB pad from Charles Glass that you can use. IFYKYK.

Hands down the BEST small gym in HAWAII ! The owners Chris & Debbie Faildo have 70+ years of fitness experience & have provided Honolulu with a clean , friendly , well equipped facility to be the BEST you can be ! Affordable membership prices and 2 parking options . FREE validated , covered parking in the Dole cannery parking structure . Best gym on the island. So glad my fiancé and I found this gem while on vacation! Good vibe, very clean and I love the indoor/ outdoor split. The owner is a very friendly and passionate IFBB PRO and his wife who helped us with our day passes is such a sweetheart. Will def visit again when on the island. Highly recommend!

this place is a scam!!! do not go to this gym. better gyms down the road. they pretend to be a local business but only take your money and run. if you question their business they get defensive and hang up!!! worst gym ever!!!! they only want your money!!! Worse customer experience ever!!!

I love Flexx Fitness Hawaii. They are like family. They offer indoor and outdoor exercise equipment so you can workout at your own pace and your own level. The staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad I found dis place!

Chris and Debbie Faildo the owners were amazing! We were visiting from out of town, and no gym we called were taking visitors or offering visitor passes. Chris answered the phone with much enthusiasm and was very kind. When we got to the gym they treated us like family, and we felt very welcomed and at home. The gym was great! Plenty of parking. They had great equipment, all super functional, and great quality. They have great benches, and dumbbells that go up over 150's. The gym was extremely CLEAN! Week passes were a great deal, and their memberships are a must if you're a local. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM!

Flexx Fitness is the bomb! Friendly, community oriented, great staff, lots of new equipment, clean, indoor AND outdoor workout spaces, plenty of parking.With the pandemic and ever-changing lock-downs, this gym and their owners have managed to take initiative, provide and maintain, as well as spearhead safe and accessible ways to help people continue to workout and focus on their health. Aside from being able to use the various equipment in the courtyard (cable machines, weights etc, under tents), there is the air conditioned indoor mirrored gym. As per current safety protocols, everyone is supporting one another by wearing masks, there is a temperature check upon entry, and sprays/towels are provided to clean between use of equipment. Chris and Debbie own the gym, and they are awesome people and skilled and knowledgeable professional trainers. It always feels good to go workout and train at Flexx Fitness!

I haven't been back in the gym for over 10 years since having kids. The owners Chris and Debbie really made me feel welcome and I love the vibe here. I'm so glad I found this place and I refer all my friends and coworkers. There's always parking and I love the indoor/outdoor option. My 8 year old daughter also does personal trainings here to help her with her gymnastics and she absolutely loves it. Chris is the best personal trainer for both an old lady like me and for kids who really want to do strength training
