I tried their 10 meal kit. Food was pretty tasty and indeed tasted fresh. Maybe on the bland side - but to be expected for healthy food. And I prefer that to over salted food which is more common with meal kits. Veggies were cooked perfectly. There was a good amount of protein with each meal. I paid the extra $10 for delivery which was very convenient. Some things that can be improved:- ability to swap carbs for more veggies for those who are paleo/low carb- confirmation email or text after ordering. When my driver texted me that he was showing up, I had no idea who he was bc I had ordered the food 5 days before and completely forgot about it!- a printed menu included with the meal kits to remind us what we are eatingOverall, I would recommend. Food delivered on Monday was still fresh and tasty on Friday.

YES, Fit4You Hi has a Yelp page!Sick of my normal lunch routine (and too lazy to cook), I needed a healthier lunch alternative for my bf and I. Low and behold, I stumbled across Fit4You HI! Order online by Saturday at 9am, and then pick-up or have your meals delivered next week Monday/Thursday! Easy peasy. There's always a chicken, steak, turkey, seafood or breakfast options. Make sure to order at least 6 meals online at a time, or it won't let you check out!I love the quality of the food as it is well-cooked! Even when you reheat it, the meat is always tender and the vegetables still crisp. YUM. Way better than if I were to cook!Pick-up locations are convenient! I work in downtown, so I opt for free pick-up from Clark Hatch (Max Muscle Hawaii) gym. Walking distance from my office. The service is also great. Amelia (Chef/Co-owner) is very responsive! I also like that they have the macros/ingredients list, so you can ask for it for that week and they'll email to you! Cheers to healthy meal prep options in HI!

These guys are legit! I've now tried a total of three different services here in Oahu in terms of ordering prepared foods for the week. I am very happy with Fit4you, they don't have a huge variety in their weekly menu, but what they make is made very well. They are my favorite!I've now had them for 2 weeks and am continuing into a third. Their steak is always nicely sliced and done rare/medium rare which is good because it does have to be heated up. I also like that all of their vegetables are not overcooked and still have a crisp to them.I've had two different turkey dishes (meatballs and a meatloaf) and both were really good. Their chicken is always lean and tasty but not overly spiced. I don't eat cooked salmon, but my girlfriend says it is always moist and tasty and perfectly done.Their portions are also very good. The weekly menu allows you to order how many you want and the steak and chicken dishes come in either 4 or 6 oz sizes. I only took two photos so far but will take more to post later!Oh yeah, they are about to launch their website at www.fit4youhi.com ! I have to make orders through email but according to their last email, they are launching the new website very soon. Drop me a line if you're curious what other services I used. I reviewed another one here on Yelp but didn't review the other one I tried. They're all good, but fit4you fits me best. Just like their name implies!

This is an update to my previous post. The owner did end up contacting me and despite some 1st time challenges with picking up the food, I have to say that the food is delicious and the portions are perfect. I'm so happy that the owners followed through.

These meals came in clutch on our vacation to Hawaii! My husband and I like to stay on track while on vacation and luckily a friend recommended this meal prep company& I'm thankful she did! They were hand delivered to me and communication was excellent. I really appreciate & love to support small businesses. Not only do they care about customer service but the meals are delicious! Thank you!

I have been ordering from Fit4You off and on for a few weeks and I am super happy with the quality of my meals. I have been ordering the 10 for $100, because it's economical and 95% of the choices work for me. ( I have had a few that were not my personal preference, but they are well put together meals regardless of my preference)I am super happy with my twice a week pick up location in Kapolei as they are super friendly. The ability to pick up twice a week means my food isn't sitting in my refrigerator for too many days. I definitely recommend this food service as it's fantastic for healthy meals a and has easy pick up (or delivery)

I have the best intentions when it comes to meal planning and dieting, but unfortunately I typically lack follow through which leads to lots of food going to waste in my fridge. I've had Fit4You bookmarked for some time, but always was hesitant to order as I was worried that the food may taste mass produced or be bland, but after filling the trash with one too many things of good intentions gone awry, I decided to give Fit4You a try especially after reading all the great reviews. Fit4You releases their weekly menu midweek and all orders must be placed by 9:00am Saturday using their website. Their weekly menus typically consist of a chicken entree, beef entree, ground turkey entree, fish entree and the ability to order bulk protein and salad(s) with or without protein. Meals cost between $10-$13 depending on the protein and how many ounces you order. You can also order starch free meals and get extra veggies, etc. Those not opting to go starch free will get rice, potatoes, etc. (complex carbs). This is my third week ordering and I've enjoyed every meal so far. The food is fresh and does not taste like you're eating healthy. My favorites so far have been the Greek Turkey Meatloaf and the Turkey Thai Stir Fry. Each meal is well thought out and filling, and you don't have any remorse after eating. Best of all, I've lost weight since ordering and am enjoying my food rather than feeling like I'm eating icky diet food! Fit4You offers several pickup locations and you get your meals on Mondays and Thursdays to ensure your product is of optimal freshness. They also offer delivery for an additional fee. If you're a procrastinator like me, in a rut with your diet or just over cooking this is a great option for you. I just placed my order for the upcoming week and am looking forward to another week of no dishes and delicious healthy meals.

Healthy meal prep. I always assumed it means dry and boring. Not so with Fit4You. We purchased 10 meals for $10 each from Ohana Marketplace in Kakaako along with 2 chia seed puddings. The chicken burrito: EXCELLENT. Tasty without being salty and not at all dry. We also got the salmon meatballs with tsaziki sauce, brown rice, and steamed broccoli. Again...moist, not too salty, and tasty! Hubby and I are hopeful this will get us back on track. Everyone seems to be losing weight and we keep finding it.

I'll admit it - I have the potential to be the laziest person in the world. I love to procrastinate and I also love to snooze my morning alarms. (Yes, plural.)So when it comes to meals, especially healthier ones, having something that's ready to go when I'm already late is key. Thus, meal prepping. Healthy and convenient, but also a pain in the ass to do on your day off. Yeah, I've meal prepped before... For me the excitement and motivation lasts for a couple weeks to a month, and then I'm back to where I was - being a slug. So, thank you, Fit4you. (And thank you, Cin T. for your delicious review!)HOW DOES THIS WORK?Get online to their website: http://fit4youhi.com/And get started on the easy-to-follow steps.MEAL SELECTIONThe menu changes weekly, which is great for keeping your tastebuds interested and excited. (Orders for the following week are due by Saturdays at 9AM.)Complete meals consist of a protein, starch, and vegetable. Starch-free complete meals are available, too. "Bulk" protein options are also available for purchase: 1 lb. of your choice of protein, prepared in the style listed on their menu for the week.DELIVERY / PICKUP LOCATIONChoose delivery (to have your meals delivered to your door -- if within delivery range -- for an additional price) or pickup location (pick up your meals at a nearby business for free) at checkout.Mondays and Thursdays are currently their delivery days.DELIVERYWeekly fee: $7.50 (inclusive of both Monday & Thursday)Enter your zip code to see if they deliver in your area; if not, you'll be directed to the nearest pickup locations at no charge.Estimated delivery: Mondays and Thursdays between 10AM-2PM.PICKUP(No additional charge.)Pickup locations and Monday/Thursday estimated delivery times: + Max Muscle (735 Keeaumoku St., Honolulu): 11:30AM-12:30PM + Muscle Inc. (98-199 Kamehameha Hwy, Aiea): 10:30AM-11:30AM + Designer Body (575 Cooke St., Kaka'ako): 11AM-12PM + Jugo Life Juicery (315 Uluniu St, Kailua): 12PM-2PM + Jugo Life Juicery (2463 South King St.; Pioneer Plaza, Downtown): 10AM-11AM + Jugo Life Juicery (2463 South King St.; Moiliili): 9:30AM-10:30AMPick up your order any time after estimated delivery time, during shop's business hours. Currently, there are no e-mails or reminders sent out to notify you of your delivered order.MICROWAVE-SAFEAnother great thing about Fit4You Hawaii is their super awesome containers that they pack your meals in. The containers are microwave-safe and not super bulky. They can easily be stacked in your refrigerator.**Sign up for their e-mails for weekly reminders to order your next meal before the deadline and to peek at their upcoming menu.MY CHOICES FOR THE WEEK + Grilled southwestern chicken w/ black bean & corn salsa, and two small tortillas + Balsamic peppercorn sirloin w/ seasonal veggies - haricots verts (I chose starch-free.) + Italian turkey burger w/ whole wheat penne pesto pasta and seasonal veggies - broccoli + Lemon dill salmon w/ a whole grain brown rice blend and asparagusThere was also a garden salad option, but I was like, "Nah." ...Not trying to get too nuts with this being healthy shizz.HOW TASTE?I thought each dish was prepared well, with careful thought and use of quality ingredients. I feel like lots of work really went into each dish (and container). No generic flavors or generic taste. Didn't feel mass produced at all. Each of the protein options were juicy and not even the slightest bit dry. I thought that every component of each dish was seasoned just right.VERDICTFit4you is convenient, fresh, and healthy; not to mention, delicious. Considering all those perks, it's pretty darn affordable. Plus, the weekly updated menu is great for those who can't eat the same darn thing every day (like me). Delivery on two different days of the week is great because this maximizes the freshness! And, to me, the pickup vs. delivery option is very much appreciated. I like having options.Anyway, if you're super busy or just plain lazy, Fit4you is an easy (and convenient) way to eat healthy. Fit4You Hawaii definitely got my vote and I will be ordering again.

I like to Sunday meal prep for the entire week to keep on track of my diet, but let's be honest, it's hella time consuming and slaving away in the kitchen is not how I'd like to spend my only day off. I've been researching the various local meal prep/meal delivery businesses and decided to go with Fit4you for the following reasons:1) Their weekly menu is straight forward with clear pricings on different portion sizes of protein (in 4, 6 or 8 ounces).2) Prices for bulk orders of meats and veggies are also clearly listed.3) Price is reasonable and cheaper than their competitors: $8 for 4oz portion versus $10-12 with their competitors.4) Clear instructions on how to place your weekly order5) A list of where you can have your meals delivered for pickup. Text or email them to make sure it's ready for pick-up because sometimes the delivery time varies due to traffic etc. * Max Muscle on Keeamoku (same lot of LikeLike Drive Inn) * Designer Body on Cooke St. * Muscle Inc on Kam Hwy/Pearl City * Island Club & Spa on Queen St. - Home delivery will cost you $7.50, so best to arrange for pick up at the above locations.- Not ready to commit to ordering for the week? Just go to any of those locations listed above and buy a single meal to try from the shops. I placed an initial order of 6 meals to try out for the week:http://bit.ly/2adrwVJhttp://bit.ly/2adshOITwo 4 oz of Garlic Rosemary Chicken ($8 for 4 oz, $11 for 8oz): Served with 2 scoops hapa rice (brown and white rice) and mixed veggies. http://bit.ly/2a7YsO6- These chicken boobs were TASTY! Well brined/seasoned and oh-so-juicy! - Rice was nice and fluffy, perfectly cooked. - Veggies were still crisp and fresh, even after sitting in the fridge for 3 days. Two 4 oz of Kona Rub Sirloin ($10 for 4oz, $13 for 8oz): With Roasted taters and mixed veggies.http://bit.ly/2aknD33- Sirloin was nicely portioned and a beautiful medium doneness. The Kona coffee crust was a nice touch to the tender sliced beef. Good eaten cold, no reheating necessary if you're in a rush or on the go.Turkey Meatballs with Marinara ($12): With whole wheat pasta, chopped squash and homemade marinara.http://bit.ly/2aNItGw- The 3 huge meaty turkey meatballs will definitely fill you up, trust. - The chopped up squash was lightly seasoned and tender, but still had a nice crisp bite (this was eaten on day 3, so it held up quite well). - The marinara sauce was light in portion size and in depth. I get that it's supposed to be healthy and all, but there wasn't enough sauce to coat the pasta. More would've been nice, but then again, I've always been a "gravy all ovah!" kind of girl, lol!Lemon Dill Salmon ($13): With hapa rice and brussel sprouts.http://bit.ly/2a7Z4mx- Did you see the size of my salmon filet?! Crazy huge, I love it! The salmon was PERFECTLY cooked, even after heating it up in the microwave. - Brussel sprouts was nice and tender and min seasoned, yum! And that's coming from a someone's that allergic to veggie-terribles....Thanks to Amelia from Fit4you, staying on track for week is going super well. Send them an email at [email protected] and they will send you the menu for the week. You'll love them as much as I do!
