I work in law enforcement and I shop here when I need it, for example, if my DVR counselor or warrior transition counselor isn't able to purchase me a new firearm for my job I come here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I go to the firearms range to cool off some days when I have a long and stressful day at work. It's better than drinking, which I'm not allowed to do BTW in my line of work. The prices are affordable. My agency switched to Sig Sauer (P320 M18) recently and coming here for a new weapon light and laser dot made it much easier.

Took the Hawaii Basic Handgun Safety course here and highly recommended it. They have a range at their store so we didn't have to travel at all to shoot. Bought a gun after/during the class and everyone was nice and helpful.

The staff was amazing, and even though the selection was limited due to our physical location, the store is able to order almost anything and get it here within 4 to 6 weeks by boat. They also gave me an awesome deal on ammo so I would definitely recommend this location. I would also definitely be a repeat customer as well.

wide selection of guns and fairly priced and you can touch said guns instead of just looking. Range is sweet too. Man it feels good to be an American!

Da bruddahs and sistahs over there has choke amounts of shooting experience and advice.They really were patient when I didn't understand when I'm still starting competitive shooting, and went step by step through the process. This store was one of multiple places I came by this weekend as I had several questions due to the complexity of owning firearms in this state. The sales associate helped me with all of my questions and concerns and then assisted me with multiple products. The service I received in store as well as communications from the team after I had left and signed up for a course has been outstanding. This type of service creates loyal customers and it's a place I will be frequenting.

The gentleman who helped me and my son was very knowledgeable and passionate. It made the experience very enjoyable. They were setting up a new cage area with all of the guns, so I'm sure they have an abundance of inventory. Parking seemed plentiful. They also built a range.

I brought an old pistol that had not been fired in many years to Firearms International to have it inspected and serviced. The employees were all very pleasant and easy to talk to. Especially Tyler, the gunsmith, who worked on the pistol. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and gave me some good advice. Excellent service.

Firearms International helped us through the state's new firearm buying process and provided us exceptional service. Dealt with Matt to purchase the Firearms and Carlton for the basic gun safety shooting range. We got our affidavit smoothly even though there was a scheduling problem due to us rescheduling from a previous class 2 weeks prior. Pono Innovations runs point on the Basic Gun Safety and most all the classes here and he's on point. Already owned a hunting rifle but never a handgun or AR, but thanks and shoutout to CARLTON he pulled us aside gave us the full run through from breakdown to setup, all the stops no holding back. Carlton went above and beyond for us that he ended up injured one of his fingers to help me. These guys are all on point and know what they're doing, theyre very approachable and most have MIL/LE capacity. Thanks Guys for the help, you made a repeat customer out of us.
