Fire Grill Waikiki

Had an early big dim sum brunch late morning, picked up some souvenirs from Big Island Candies at Ala Moana, shopped the stores, got hungry, decided to try Fire Grill's Happy Hour eats.Their HH is from 3-6, quite an extensive HH menu. The day we were there, there was a 'special' on their pork ribs for $24We shared beef bone marrow(2pcsof bones+2 pcs of French bread), crab stuffed mushrooms and octopus bourgignon.We asked for more bread and staff said $6, came on a plate with 2 pcs!Anyhow, all dishes are good and tasty, came out piping hot. Will come again next time to try their ribs.

It wasn't the worst salad I've ever had but it's pretty close. Red flags: I went for lunch and it was empty. The menu was chaotic. Service was poor. The waitress dropped the check off when I was still eating, as if to rush me out.

Food a bit priced not gonna lie. Ordered fhe salmon dish. Fantaaaaastic served with mash potatoes (for once!!!!!!(most restaurants serve salmon with rice - so siiiick of rice w/ every meal!!!)) (I get it - Not in my home turf where potatoes was 1/4 - 1/2 the time on the menu in one form or another) Please keep serving beautiful potatoes!!! Now can I just go back to those potatoes? I savored that flavor of the fried skin too W/ the potatoes more than ever - even now I just wanna go get some mashed potatoes a la fried salmon skin!!!! and some truffle butter and a bottle of chardonnay and i will be QUEEN! (for a few minutes before I possibly get dragged away (didn't happen folks)) - that mead me to many other questions that would probably not be allowed here. Ok of course the spears were to die for and paired with the lovely little pettle morsels - was really quite eye opening!Desert - MJ came truly back from the grave on a slate plate - encased in glass cover and was all foggy inside. Alas, server removed the lid to quickly and to my THRILLER delight had this in front of me!!! C'mon ya know the song ya know the moves ya know that deep voice......Bobus ya get to keep the syringe (that may be questionable for your dining experience, the the Frankenstein hand!!! Solid ding is they only had a Lefty hand - ummm is it right cost then if they don't carry right handed frankenstein hands (woulda mad it complete if the right side was coming out with the main course and the lefty on desert?) (hint hint wink wink) Now my major ding to these folks - as great and awesome as they are - they have t moved forward to electronic paying tabs!!!!!!! Get updated folks!!! I had to run baaaack to my hotel come baaaack with my wallet when my banking info is ON my phone!!!! Everywhere else can do e-pay; move forward with the times. Bar tender was good, hustling a lot to get everyone covered.

If your going for breakfast, I would not recommend. The food looks nothing like the posters outside. I was extremely disappointed. The food was microwave food while the pictures look gourmet. And it's expensive. The waitress refunded my money was very pushy. It's not worth it at all unless your dying of hunger.

Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel it's located in. Nothing special and a weird set up. You had to get your own juice and coffee and if you wanted toast, you had to get that as well. Our server was very nice and joked with my husband about how he wanted his eggs cooked. I found the floor to be a bit greasy which when going up and down stairs holding hot coffee can be a bit treacherous. As with everything in Hawaii, it's crazy expensive. Definitely, not worth the price we paid.

An extensive pupu (appetizer) menu. Wow. There were so many choices. The table next to us had the bone marrow and it looked scrumptious and it was! Plus it come with two bones so it is easy to share. We had the grilled octopus in garlic butter. It came chopped and served in a dish similar to escargot. It was so tender and it came with sliced baguette. However we had to order extra bread to sop up all the yummy sauce. That was the only downside for two tiny pieces of bread it cost a ridiculous amount of money. We also had the burrata cheese and prosciutto. It was nicely plated but no bread or crackers to enjoy the cheese. We came before happy hour ended and ordered two cocktails each. I had the old fashioned and the pineapple mimosa. My friend had the mai tai and a glass of wine. All we good and reasonably prices. Our waiter was lots of fun. The restaurant is huge. We were in the back away from the crowd and the noise. I highly recommend reservations. The entrees looked good. Definitely coming back many times

Fire Grill is a lovely restaurant that makes me feel at home. It's elegant and trendy, and they have a nice array of appetizers to choose from as well as a balanced entree menu.We had an excellent server, Aman, who attended to our needs. He made sure we had everything we needed and he was very friendly.We rate the items as follows:Burrata and prosciutto appetizer ****Salmon ****Prime rib tacos ***Cajun chicken pasta ***Kids chicken tenders *** (only two tenders)Shrimp and mushroom risotto *** (be sure to like mushrooms if you get this)Prices were reasonable.

Excellent! Sherry's service impeccable, and the food was top notch! Had the ribeye with lobster tail- cooked to perfection! Thanks for a great experience versus those *HY*People that wanted to just seat me in the back out of sight, near the exits!

They Got that "Tony Roma" Ribs, I want to lick the plate Ribs! They are home to their Signature Smoked Prime Rib Steak and their Famous Delicious Ribs. Great ribs at this recreation of Tony Roma'sConvenient and reasonable Waikīkī parking. Took a friend there for his birthday, and they gave us beautiful brownie and ice cream desserts with Happy Birthday syrup design.
