Fighting Eel - Kailua

We were in the area and decided to stop by this location and I'm glad that I did. IThe service was amazing. Kristen was such a great help and so very friendly. She made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed and loved my experience with her. She constantly checked on me and offered pieces I didn't think I would like. She really exemplified awesome customer service. She and the other gal working were very nice.I was very happy with my experience and also that I was able to find items that I liked and fit well. I was excitedn to find a few things to purchase. They do have a good selection of merchandise as well. Some items are a little pricey but I found that they are worth the quality.I would definitely return to this location. Fighting Eel has the best employees!

Inspired by Hawaii, the clothing, jewelry and accessories all have that Aloha feel and are made on the islands. The clothing covers all basics - shorts, tops, dresses, jeans and simple t-shirts emblazoned with sayings and or flowers. The men's shirts also sport that a Hawaiian theme with palm leaves or flowers but in a subtle, fashion forward way. Fun accessories to complete your outfit are also available like beautiful jewelry by local artists, straw hats and scarves. They also have some gift items. I loved the prints of women and flowers in the back corner. Located right around the side of Whole Foods, don't walk by without stopping in! There are treasures to be found! Support local.

Ohhh nyyy what a hidden gem in kailua !!The easy to find location is perfect with ample parking and lots of perks surrounding the cozy little store ! I have recently been paired w Stephanie who is a wonderful liaison for my fighting eel addiction! The ladies at kailua are so very pleasant and welcoming. My first experience w them was early Friday morning after the holidays with the fish release! I waited in line and upon entry I was able to get exactly what I wanted on my wish list. Stephanie immediately came to my aid and assisted me which made my day. Thank you ladies for this positive and productive experience. I'll be back for sure ! MAHALO Stephanie!

Talk about beautiful & fun prints!! And super soft & comfy materials! Was in search of an aloha print blouse for my tween daughter. While at quick glance it may appear that the shop doesn't have much, look again! We found this cute dress/blouse (depending how you wanna wear it!) for our girl. A bit pricey but worth it to me!! Cute mother/daughter matchup outfits too!!

This is a small, cute beachy boutique tucked away in the Whole Foods strip by Paul Browns in Kailua town. It has cute bathing suits. Resort wear, beachy totes and jewelry. I like that's it's not so cluttered with pineapples and turtles like other stores.Unfortunately, unless you are a size 0-6 and just won the lottery, you may just want to look around. It is terribly pricey, and catered to skinny people. I prefer the service at the town location over Kailua. Kailua staff sometimes may not acknowledge your there, snd it's not a very big store. I would give it a 4 for its merchandise but 3 for service. I would still shop for a gift for my skinny friends off the sale rack lol!

All of my experiences here have been positive. I love their clothes, especially the dresses. Customer service is great and all of the sales associates have been very nice. The shop is always clean and organized.

Clean interior, adorable layout displaying their merchandise, and friendly/helpful staff. Big fan of FE, so enjoyed the opportunity to visit this location as well.

Bad customer service. When you walk into the store, no one greets you. I wanted to return a purchase I have bought and the manager was rude. So I went to the other location in town. Horrible service in this Kailua location. I'd recommend everyone going to Mahina's or Tori Richatds. Plus, their clothing are not the greatest. Never going there ever again!!!!

4.5 stars This store isn't as busy and feels much more relaxed than the stores in town. They also usually have more sizes and styles since they're not as busy. I love Fighting Eel because of their soft material and styles. Not everything fits me great but some styles work really well. I think they do a great job catering to all different body types. They are a bit pricey but super comfortable and versatile.Also, Sara is the best! She helps feed my Fighting Eel addiction and keeps me up to date with what's going on. She's super friendly and helpful. Whenever I come in, it's always nice to see her and work with her. Although, my wallet says otherwise. ********super cute clothingrelaxed and comfy vibes herecome on a payday

Customer service and quality of clothing is why I go here. I first discovered fighting eel at made in Hawaii. Bought several pieces and came back to the store to purchase more.
