This is one of the worst service business in Hawaii, I have ever dealt with. First of all if you call them you have to go through all the negative hoops of we don't do this, we don't do that. If you go past the first hoop they will try to blame the problem on someone else, and divorce themselves from the process of solving the problem,,,pass that and they will claim you have to replace all those parts, even if you do not.15 years ago I tried to use them to fix an obstruction with the pump mechanism of a professional dishwasher. They wanted to change the pumps. One of my employees said this is nonsense, he fixed it removing a small piece of plastic inside the pump. Good bye FEPSCO.Today I tried to use them again, because Burney's whom I recommend is quite busy, ....They have not changed a bit...unpleasant, and their ethics????

I work for a small business on the windward side and I needed help finding a piece of equipment.The staff went above and beyond to help me find the necessary part, they were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be buying from them again.

They always got what I need and if they don't have it they bring it in quickly. One stop shop for all my refrigeration parts!

Worst customer's service and attitude. ....I'm going to Burneys commercial.....especially the lady in the middle..
