Experience Aloha

Seamless! Experience Aloha took care of all of the event heavy lifting for my daughter's first birthday. I have an events background but we live in Las Vegas. I was looking for a company to help us plan this as I haven't lived in Hawaii for 18 years and didn't even know where to start! I found Experience Aloha on Yelp and looked up their Instagram. I wasn't sure if they could throw larger events as most of their IG showed small intimate picnics, but I reached out anyway. Dempsey communicated with us for 2 months to plan her birthday and ensure that all of our requests and needs were met! He was professional and was always interested in our vision, not his own. The planning, food, and overall execution was impressive, but what I would say was the icing on the cake was the host, Josh. Josh is a one stop shop for photos, videos, and making guests feel welcome. Not only did he capture special moments of the party but he also offered to take family photos along the beach. It was such a nice touch! He also surprised us with a fire show at the end which I had cancelled as I was trying to keep within our original budget. He still performed regardless and provided us an amazing experience! The video and photos were beautiful...we were very impressed. Overall, the experience left us beyond blessed and we were able to really and truly enjoy the celebration. I highly recommend Dempsey and Josh to plan your next event. We had a group of 16, originally planned as 20, and their attention to detail was really impressive. We will use them again!

5 out of 5 STARS - I was looking for something super unique, & romantic to show my wife how special she is to me. As a man, I had no idea how to pull this off but Joshua made it so easy for me, the only thing I actually did was making sure we were on time. Joshua, took care of every single detail, from an amazing venue, the decorations, food, and most importantly the amazing vibe he setup for us, and top it off with Amazing Fire Performance. The quality of the food, props and everything was over the top and the experience is well worth it without a doubt! His interaction with people is so pleasant as well made us feel so comfortable. Thank you guys for an amazing unforgettable experience!

These guys really came thru on a last minute proposal! Highly recommend them to anyone. Set up was effortless. Dempsey took his time to run me thru the process and give me some tips. Jenny's pictures turned out amazing and she even sang for us while the sun was setting. Thanks again!
