This iconic hole in the wall place what i just noticed. I drove by here a lot and i finally gave it a try. It's def a cool hole in the wall. The service is great and fast. The owner is an elderly Japanese man who makes the shaved ice super expedient. The shaved ice is reasonably priced and cheap. I like this place better than Matsumoto and all the touristy spots. I def would come here again.

Ewa Seed Company is an iconic hole in the wall shave iced spot located in Ewa Town Center. I've grown up in this place. For the past 20 or so years, I've visited this shop consistently with my dad and brother. The owner, an older Japanese man served us for a long time, making us the best shave ice ever and having great customer service. My best memory of this place was when they sold 2 for $1 hotdogs about a decade back. One time, we went to go in for hotdogs, and my dad accidentally forgot his wallet. My dad mentioned that he would be right back while he ran back to the house to grab some cash. The owner was so kind enough to say 'no need, the next time just come back.' The next time we came back, the uncle said 'that's okay. It was on me.' Yes, it was only a dollar but I still remember that act of kindness even though it was a decade ago. Although I don't see him in there anymore, the workers consistently show the aloha spirit and serve the amazing shave ice that I remember as a little kid. Thank you Ewa Seed Company for raising me and feeding me the best shaved ice!

Easy to get to in Ewa Beach, easy parking since it's located in a shopping plaza. Small store but they have good shaved ice and so many flavors to choose from. I ordered the tigers blood and cherry which was yum. Seemed pretty inexpensive compared to other places. They also have add-ins like ice cream, condensed milk etc. - I didn't try it but others in my party seemed to like it.

Great spot to stop at on a hot day. Delicious and CHEAP shave ice. Same people running the shop for years and always a friendly face helping you. If you're not in the mood for shave ice, they also sell old school crack seed candies and snacks. They're located near the back entrance of the Ewa Shopping center with Longs and Foodland, nearest Supercuts and a nail shop

Best shave ice in Ewa Beach area. We go here consistently. It's a novel little privately owned business.

We are craving shave ice. The website says they close at 600. I came at 545 and they're close employee was obviously ignoring us that's wack.

I would rate the experience and the shaved ice a 10/10. It for sure has a neighborhood feel. It is a small shop with a lot of character. The people there were really friendly and welcoming. I for sure will come back when I'm in the area!
