Shopping in Kaimuki, Honolulu, Hawaii...I saw the sidewalk sign that read:"SHOP CUTE"...and I had to look... especially because the name of the store is intriguing...Every Day Better by Green Meadows is a shop that carries eco-conscious merchandise. There were bags, clothing, jewelry, books, little ceramic animal figures, air plants, packing cube sets, umbrellas with duckie faces on the handles, fabric koi fish hanging flags from France, insulated lunch bags, pillows, clothing, wrapping paper, gift bags, and more!I need to return because I only got a reusable Hello Kitty bag and a couple of greeting cards... haha! Metered street parking is nearby. The municipal parking lot is over on the next block. I would come back on a Sunday when metered street parking is free!

A wonderful little shop conveniently located on Kokohead Ave (mauka side of Waialae Ave) this store is the perfect curated blend of unique, handmade, eco-conscious and useful gifts. Seriously in need of some last minute Christmas gifts? Come to Every Day Better! They have handmade items, quirky cards, tools for the kitchen, laundry, garden, and locally made items (like cute reusable napkins with rainbow shakas on them). So many useful funny and simply delightful gifts that make shopping fun. Customer service is also exceptional!Parking is easy to find in the nearby metered lot just a block away or in the paid municipal lot. Kaimuki is such a great area to walk and explore, who knows what other treats you'll stumble across.

The name says it all one day one thing one moment one thought one kindness makes every day better.I've known this cute cozy shop but with their limited hours it's a bit challenging for me but not enough to stop me for sure. Location is slightly tucked away off of Waialae Ave just glance behind Goodwill and you will see a turquoise-ish colored building that's it. There you will find something for everyone...awesome selection of green, reusable, eco friendly, and humorous fun items. Today for me I found a cute bamboo chopsticks I needed to complete my set and a bamboo pot scraper because I had to resist the bags because that's my kryptonite but I'm so thrilled I found what I really needed and thank you!!

CM Jessica Y made me come in here. Thank goodness, through her I found another gem tucked in Kaimuki neighborhood.Located next to Goodwill on their backside area & where you drop your donations. You can't missed it, they got a sign that is big enough for easy spot.I may be not pursuing my career but I was so fascinated on things that help Mama Earth become a better world to live wap. for the next generation. And store like these keeps me moving & inspired in a way.Cozy store that will warm your heart. Eco-friendly environment with sustainable products you can choose from. Tbh, I love every items in here! But I can't simply buy each one of it. Minimalism is dang real, I still gotta work for it.They got kitchen stuffs like dishtowel, ladle, bottle brushes, chopping board & others. Bathroom stuffs like soap dish, hand soap dispenser & etc. they got meditation stones & few handcrafted ornaments from Maui. Hanging plants thy are so cute & some pins too. Their products are undoubtedly the cutest! I think I fell in love already! Yaaay! I surely do! (insert blushing face)Katie (the owner's daughter), was so friendly. She tried to answer our queries as well. She is generous as well to give me discount on the items that I purchased. And even if I really love to purchase straws & jars I'm so proud I didn't. Not only that I got few of them at home, I tried to discipline myself 'bout living this life having enough on material things & not owning them with too much. (tapping myself) Sustainable life, right?Anyhow, this business is worth the support. Hope fellow Yeepies give this local store a shot.Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow yelpers!

Stumbled across this gem of a store today and I absolutely LOVED everything about it. My friend & I were greeting by Pat & immediately went around the whole store admiring all the cute and creative local items. If you're searching for some cute, local, beautiful decor for your home this is the spot. There is also a lot of Earth Saving items here if you're looking to do your part to save our Mother Earth.Pat was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable on their products.I loved how everything in the store flowed so well and the colors all around I wanted to buy everything ! Parking can be a little tricky because there's no parking lot BUT there's plenty of street parking and this store is definitely worth it! I will definitely be coming back!

My love for sustainability continues to grow as more and more of these eco-friendly stores continue to capture my attention! I stumbled upon this store while in the neighborhood and instantly fell in love. This tiny shop has a lot of character and is home to many sustainable and eco-friendly products. Yay! From home decor to everyday household items, this place has got it. On a recent visit I did plenty of window shopping and also picked up a few items. As much as I would have loved to take home everything in the store, I ended up leaving with a stainless steel tongue scraper and a 16 ounce bell jar with wooden lid and metal straw. I know I know, I probably have a million metal straws and bell jars but I couldn't help myself!

I ended up at Every Day Better with my 4 keiki because we were stopping next door looking for knitting needles for my oldest daughter. The shop is cute, well laid out, nice and bright. Talked story a bit with Katie the owner about her products and Kaimuki, she was a sweet heart and very tolerant of my 4 kids :) The shop has a lot of cool stuff for the house and or the office. I will be definitely going back with the wife to share our find. Always nice to find a new local business to patronize. Impressed enough to write a review and I don't generally do reviews.

Such a cute little store. I lucked out and found parking right outside the goodwill right before the store. If you don't get street parking there you'll need to circle around through housing (the street the store is on is a one way and right after the traffic light). Anyway, such cute and fun little sustainable and locally sourced things, I ended up getting my friend an airplane in a little drift wood for Christmas. I also picked up a little scrubber that I think will work well for brushing flour out of my bannetons. They have all kinds of neat stuff, cute tote bags, kitchen ware, it's definitely worth checking out, especially if you're looking for a cute sustainable gift for friends or family ! I'll be back again and hopefully soon !!

Such a cute store off the beaten path near a Goodwill store, so you can thrift afterward! We saw Children's Day fish flags, cute little coin pouches, and plant-themed gifts.
