Ever After Moments

I already reviewed Cheyanne and Ever After Moments on the Knot so I just provided screen shots instead of rewriting it since The Knot doesn't allow you to copy and paste. I'm very disappointed and pretty pissed about the wedding day of coordination my husband and I received. Like the other review below, my guests also had negative things to say about the coordination which upsets me even more because it's one thing if my husband and I know that she wasn't doing a good job, but it's another if guests also share the same opinion. Anyway, attached is my full review that was posted on the knot. I'm not one to do bad reviews but it is important to my husband and I to inform other brides so they too don't make the same mistake.

I just had my wedding on Saturday (07.28.18) at Ko'olau ballrooms. I honestly didn't think I needed a coordinator, but the venues policy is that you have to have one. Leading up to the wedding, Cheyenne was very organized, and always answered whatever questions I had. On the day-of I was honestly so happy with the outcome 100 percent. She went above and beyond helping me and organizing multiple things for the ceremony and reception. Whenever I needed her, she was there. She helped me make some changes which ended up making the flow of the wedding even better! She is definitely one hard working lady who wants to please her brides! I am so happy I hired her, because honestly I know she did way more than what I saw! Thank you again Cheyenne!!

Cheyenne is very enthusiastic and always willing to listen, learn and grow from every interaction with the customer. I like the way she is willing to hold meetings months prior to follow-up with the customer and give advice even if she is hired as a day-of-coordinator. Other day-of-coordinators would not give any advice or meet until right before the wedding. When I talked to other coordinators, they weren't as flexible and not really willing to adjust to the customer's needs. Every time I request something, they try to charge us more. That is why I chose Cheyenne.The only thing Cheyenne needed to improve was that she forgot to move the flowers from the wedding arch to the sweetheart table and our group photos were taken while the flowers were missing. Maybe she could share the set up notes & instructions, layouts & diagrams with the customer to make sure they have the same idea at the last meeting. But otherwise we are very satisfied with her services and we had so much fun at our wedding!

We did the Starry night picnic at Waimanalo Country Farms and it was a wonderful experience. Completely exceeded my expectations! I was worried about there being a lot of creepy crawlers joining us on our picnic but we had the bubble tent and it was so clean and nice! Cheyenne was so sweet and helpful! I definitely recommend her for any event you may be planning!

Cheyenne did it AGAIN! She exceeded our expectations BOTH sessions we had with her and I would 20/10 recommend her for any occasion!

Cheyenne exceeded all of our expectations, especially with the short amount of time that we gave her. She made sure that the vision we had of our special day was executed and asked all the right questions along the way. She gave input when needed and every idea (big or small) that was given was beyond helpful. Cheyenne communicated well with all of our vendors and made sure everything was in place, it made our wedding day such a breeze to know that she had a handle of everything. We would highly recommend Ever After Moments to any couple!

Ever After Moments was just what we were looking for, for helping us plan for our perfect wedding day! Cheyenne was very easy going and flexible with times to meet. She provided us with some great vender recommendations like That Barn Hawaii for beautiful flowers, lei's and haku and Reveal Hair & Makeup that provided my wife with a natural makeup look with a intricate up-do. Cheyenne was good at following up with us to make sure we were on track with the planning processes. The main reason we hired a wedding planner was to help us out with the day of organization, timing and execution. Cheyenne went above and beyond by meeting with us multiple times before the wedding to answer any questions that we had. She was super helpful and professional with making sure we were making good time, especially when it came time to walk around and thank everyone for coming. If it wasn't for her we would have spent the whole night trying to talk to and take pictures with every single guest. She made sure everything was set up smoothly and that everything was packed up and taken up to our room at the end of the night. This allowed us to not have to worry about a thing and really let us have fun, enjoy and be in the moment during our reception. We didn't receive any complaints and everything ran smoothly, the only thing we had to do was make the final payments at the end of the night. We couldn't have asked for anything more from our wedding planner. We definitely recommend Cheyenne and Ever After Moments!

Cheyenne was fantastic as our wedding planner. We live in Vancouver, Canada and planned the entire wedding with Cheyenne from home. We had Skype meetings with her every couple of weeks and were in constant email connection with her. She helped us come up with a plan for our budget and had many great solutions to help us stay within our budget. She even arranged a viewing of the estate for our family to check out a few months before the wedding. She connected us with our great photographer/videographer Taylor Nebrija and Sean Watase who in which we were thrilled with their work. Cheyenne's sister also made a wedding cake which was honestly one of the best cakes we've ever eaten. Cheyenne made sure everyone was comfortable with the logistics at our wedding rehearsal the night before and took care of all the vendors when they arrived the day of the wedding. In the midst of all of her work during the wedding, she made sure to take care of us on our special day. Her business is very family oriented as we met her family through Skype and in person and instantly becomes very easy to work with. Cheyenne followed through in all of our plans and we can say that has the skills, connections, and know how to make your wedding worry free. You will be making a great choice for her as your wedding planner as we couldn't of done it without her.

Ever After Moments was the first decision my husband and I made after we decided to get married in Hawaii. If we had to do it all over again, I would definitely book Cheyenne again. Cheyenne was all exactly what I could have asked for and more. From the beginning, she was available for all the questions I had. My husband and I were in a unique situation where we had planned our wedding to be on the island of Hawaii at the beginning of June. We got news of the volcano erupting. Our wedding site ended being upwind of the vog fortunately. So we continued to as planned, but one of our vendors bailed on us a week prior to our wedding. Cheyenne not only kept us in the loop regarding the weather and the volcano for the safety of our family and friends coming, but she also found alternate venues if we weren't able to be married at our original venue. She also offered up her services for floral arrangements when we were struggling with costs of other florists and the few options available in town. The day of the rehearsal, Cheyenne arrived to the venue, talked to by husband and me about specifics, then we did a walk through of the ceremony. Deciding to do a destination presents with some unique situations. I had no qualms that everything the next day would be perfect. Cheyenne seemed to be able to anticipate my problems before I had them and solve them in no time. I had hoped to be a part of decorating during the day of, but I ran out of time. She made sure everything came together better than I could have imagined.
