After a horrible phone experience with another local vendor, I called these guys. Erin was helpful and able to accommodate my last minute order for cotton candy. I'm so glad I called! I ordered by phone and paid cash in person. It was perfect. Thank you so much for filling my order. My cousins party was even sweeter because of your yummy cotton candy! I will definitely order again in the future :)

I hired Erin's shave ice for my son's first bday party at the beach and was super happy with the service, product and professionalism they provided. Everything we discussed over the phone was delivered - they arrived 30 min prior to service, had their own tent + table and were ready to go with the 15 flavors described + toppings. I really wanted mochi balls and they were happy to provide it for an additional fee. Some of my guests had 3 shave ice to themselves over the 2-hour period and it was probably a highlight for most. They were quick and able to keep the line short. The ladies were very sweet and personable with kids and adults. I would definitely use this service again!

Erin and Maria came to the rescue for our event. They were very friendly and fast at replying back for a last minute request, and at a fair price. On the day of the event, they were quick to set up and start serving our families. This was a big event for us, and they made sure to bring enough product for nearly 2,000 shave ice given out that day. Everyone lined up for their cool treats and they were fast at keeping the line going. Their shave ice flavors were really delicious, and very refreshing, especially on this hot day. We really enjoyed having them and in no doubt would call them again for our next event. I will be sure to refer them to my family and friends. Absolutely amazed with the amount of flavor to choose from as well as the soft melt in your mouth goodness of the shave ice. I've turned to their cotton candy for many of my kids special treats and favors whether it's a birthday at school or spirit gifts for my daughter's cheer team. They have different flavors and colors that comes pre-bagged and is fluffy fresh and easy to add your own special label. I've seen them at the Taste of Waipahu year after year and they always got a new flavor to try. Whenever I see them at a function it's always a must to get a cup or two and a bag of cotton candy. The ice is so velvety soft and the syrup mixed with it is just a mouth watering satisfying refreshing creamy taste of happiness in your mouth. Hired them for my daughters first birthday party. They are extremely professional and nice. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. We also had their cotton candy services. Since they pre make the cotton candy in bags, we gave the kids tickets that could be redeemed with them. They were on time and extremely efficient. My only regret is that i didn't have time to get shave ice for myself. Thank you so very much for helping in making my daughters party a success.
