I remember when Ernie opened up ePowersports over at Pensecola Street. He was one of the few on the island at the time. I've always had great times working on projects with him and his crew. Been coming here for decades! Yes decades!!! They've moved location sevreal times but now they're back over in Kalihi at Kalani Street with an even bigger store and an indoor arena to play in.The store itself has a wide variety of almost every parts, accessories and airsoft guns you need. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. The repair and custom shop is alos a plus! Pretty much one-stop-shop for all your airsoft needs. Staff is always great to talk to, not just about airsoft but all kinds of stuff. These guys know their stuff! As far as prices, it's very resonable. Even the cost of getting your stuff fixed is fairly priced. If you're looking for the best, well stocked and well knowledged airsoft guys on Oahu, ePowersports will not disappoint!

Visited multiple times, My son is brand new to air soft, and every time we go there employees are so welcoming, and willing to help. Son bought some BB's and gas for his gun using a gift certificate, and had a $1 balance, employee offered to pay differnce for a patch. What a awesome act of kindness, which is rare now a days, we will certainly be coming back.

Buying experience with them was real good on purchasing my first air soft gun no pushing at all just a friendly convo and making sure I was happy on what I got since it's my first one.looking forward to back in to get my air soft gun more mods and purchase another one

Lots of high end Airsoft fully automatic rifles, pistols, shotguns, and accessories for those who want to compete hardcore. The owner is very knowledgeable and will educate you on the equipment if you are a noob. He's also honest and won't try to upsell you on something you don't need. Prices range from $150 all the way up to $1500.Most of the rifles can be customized with different uppers, lowers, stocks, sites, scopes, etc. You can REALLY get fancy and build out the most accurate shooting Airsoft gun on the field. They carry ammo, batteries, chargers and all of the protective gear you could ever need. Eye protection, flak vests, etc. You name it, they have it.

Sadly, I am going to get into it. We (two sisters) made our fourth trip in a month into the store. We always left wondering if it was just us. No more wondering. It isn't just us. The first time we were helped by a young man who was very nice, explained the difference in the bb sizes and the deals being offered that day. The older gentleman there added comments about the specials. Not so bad. Second trip there, we went looking for additional magazines for a particular airsoft pistol. Same older gentleman proceeded to tell us that he didn't carry that particular pistol because nobody wanted it and it was poor quality. Not so, and it was pretty ridiculous to say that to somebody who clearly had one and needed to purchase peripheral items. Just a "sorry, no" would have worked better. Great service would have been a suggestion as to what might be a more reliable choice, and why.Third trip took us in to purchase a gun that we would spend a little more to get immediately rather than ordering online and waiting. Wow. That experience was eye-opening. Got the patronizing version of a safety briefing. If you're a female shooter, you probably know of what I speak. Final trip we made after referring a family member who asked us to meet them there. Embarrassing. They were interested in purchasing two pistols, green gas, and bb's. At least a $500 sale. We left empty-handed and will never return or send anyone else there. We could purchase but not handle due to Covid. One of the handguns was to be used by a small framed female (legal aged), and her grip is small. No effort was made by anyone to recommend anything. "I don't make the policy. I'm not the owner. He is." Kudos' to the person who will buy any kind of handgun without picking it up first. Disposable Gloves? Wipes? Hand sanitizer? Just so you don't think we know nothing, we regularly train with the real thing, take classes annually at a premier training facility in Nevada, and one of us actually is a qualified NRA instructor. Why airsoft? Lack of ammo, continue work on draw, sight acquisition, and trigger pull. Just shop where the assumptions don't make you feel bad. All the reviews that sent us there weren't our experience. We are new to Airsoft, so it would have been nice to be treated better because we definitely would like some of the things there. Now, we will have to drive 20 minutes away or order and wait. Oh well.

I'm a totally newbie to this whole air soft thing. I had no idea of what options I had or what would be the best choice! Their selection looked impressive and the shop was neat and well organized. Within 2 minutes of my explanation - Jordan and Elliot had a few pieces on the counter with a very quick yet accurate set of options!After making my selection, they spent time explaining how to use the gun and set me up with everything I need.Both guys were very informative considering I really didn't even know what questions to ask! Both were extremely knowledgable (considering I know nothing) but were patient and explained everything and anything I could think of!I highly recommend these guys - extremely professional and super easy to talk to! Excellent buying experience and I'm super happy with my purchase!I'm not sure how they got any bad reviews but I guess you can't please everyone!

The folks at Epowersports are knowledgeable and friendly. I was new to airsoft, so I didn't know where to begin. I planned to only play at their indoor arena and they were helpful in determining what airsoft guns would be suitable for that gameplay and within my price range. I purchased a shotgun and pistol and both have worked out great in their arena. I also bought a tracer unit and extra magazine. They have everything you need there.  Their arena is perfect for close quarter battles. Matches are pretty quick (no more than 5 mins). They run 3-4 matches back to back, so even if you get eliminated early you don't wait long to get back in there. Then they take short breaks to reload, then back in the arena for another 3-4 matches, and repeat. The field marshalls do a good job in communicating and keep the matches organized so everyone knows what's going on. They've reconfigured the barricades pretty often, so the arena has been different every time I've played. They also have guns and masks to rent if you don't have any gear. They're an awesome one stop shop for everything airsoft!

I was fine with following the rules there was no need to say "we're not a daycare" could've just told me no . Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Update my review: after the dust had settled between me and the business. I would like to say if you want the best place to buy Airsoft guns, this is the best place to go and they have the amazing deal. Would highly recommend and the person that helped me, was very helpful. Although the business owner had gave me trouble I would like to say their service is good and they really know their Airsoft guns. Mahalo again empower sports.
