Havent been to a bar in years! So i decided to find a little hole in the wall n give them some biz. Wish i went somewhere else. Ordered some food n a beer. Gaveum a fifty. Do t do it!!! They gave me back $12. So 38dollars for a coors light and a order of chicken wings? Apparently, whatever prices they post dont apply for food and drink. So i questioned them about it. All of a sudden they dont speak to well...‍. Staff were the rudest ppl ever! Not even a simple smile. If there was a customer service rating it would be in the negatives. Drank my beer ate a lil, took the loss but i wont be back.

Warning. Avoid this place. Formerly Sandys but new ownership changed name to Encore. They overcharge and won't explain the charges on your bill and respond with "we don't do that kind of stuff here". 2 tabs between a friend and I totalled $2100. Should have been half that ammount. However if you do go.. pay cash for each round of drinks.

Fun and comfortable place to hang out and watch all the sports, sing karaoke and just chill with friends. Food is pretty good, but pricey like all other bars. The middle aged Asian bartender made us feel like we were watching the Super Bowl game, even though it was only the first weekend of the NFL pre-season....lol. she definitely made it fun. I had been here once before, but the place had a different name, and has a cleaner feel now. We have to get that funny cheerleaders name next time.

There should be a zero star option for this place! The ladies working here don't have a shred of customer service and are very rude. Don't open a tab because somehow they over charged a couple of us in our group. The karaoke isn't worth the $2 per song because the mics are already low and about to die before your first song and they will mess up your song selection then blame you for writing it too small, which was ridiculous. When you tell them it's the wrong song, they expect you to pay another $2. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
