While at the Food and New Products Show I had a hard time deciding what to eat. There were so many choices but I kept coming back here because it was different. I have never had Nigerian food so I decided to get the lamb and jerk chicken plate which also came with rice and tossed green salad. The jerk chicken and lamb both had good flavor. The jerk chicken was not that spicy if you are concerned about that. You can tell the food was made with care and attention. The only thing that could have been better is the carrots included were not fully cooked so they were hard and crunchy. Besides that the food was great and would like to try their oxtail next time.

We saw this booth at The Food and New Product Show at the Blaisdell and decided to look around before deciding what we wanted to eat. It was still early and I think we were the first customers when we circled back as something made us want to try the food here and we are so glad we did as it did not disappoint. First, I got the combo plate of lamb and jerk chicken. Everything on the plate was delicious although I did wish the lamb was a little more tender. The chicken was tender and full of flavor with whatever seasonings they use and the rice can't be beat. Nothing was oily and the flavors were great with a little kick here and there. The toss green salad was fresh and I did not have to pull out any wilted, mushy lettuce like some other places. Unfortunately, there were no plantains like how other reviewers posted in their pictures. My other half got the oxtail and the pieces were huge. I thought it was going to be tough when I saw how large they were but was told that it was flavorful and tender. I was told "that lady knows how to cook!" We will definitely return when we are in the area of her food truck.

The best and only authentic West African food in all of Hawaii. Lina, the owner, is beyond sweet and generous. She will take the time to treat you kindly and make sure that you have a great experience to go along with your savory food. After 8 years in Hawaii, I can tell you, good customer service does not come by easy here. Cheers to Enchanted AloAloha!

TikTok flooded my feed with egusi and fufu. I had to find somewhere on the island that sells it. It's a flavor that is unique with a lot of spices. Loved the fufu. Next time, I'll eat it at home instead of my car lol!

Enchanted By Aloha IS A MUST TRY!!!! Her food is BOMMMBBBBB!!!! Probably the best meal I've had in a looooonngg time. We ordered her combo meal Jerk Chicken and Shrimp and Jerk Chicken and Lamb and I'm telling you she'll give you more than your money's worth. It was THE BEST Jerk Chicken I've had on island by far hands down. The shrimp was super fresh and her veggies were so nicely seasoned but not salty and still had a crunch to every bite. Can't stand when I get veggies in a dish and it's mushy. Her cabbage wasn't undercooked or over cooked. It was absolutely perfect. Perfect seasoning perfectly cooked. We ordered ours with Jollpf rice which was soooooo good! And it comes with a big portion of fried plantains. Our plates were so heavy. Besides the amazing food the owner cooks the food herself and you can tell she puts her love for cooking and her heart into it. She's so jolly and happy and super friendly. She gave my kids the Oreo cream dessert that was little little fried donuts topped with crushed Oreos and cream on the house and they killed it! It was also amazing! Will definitely be a regular of hers!

Food is good, I had the jerk chicken plate and the chicken was moist. They are located in Pearl Ridge shopping center in the parking lot by the old Sears. Look for the Leonard's wagon as it stands out . I recommend calling them to see what's on their menu as they don't have the same stuff everyday especially if you want the spinach soup with fufu.

This has to be the most overlook spot I have found in Hawaii in years. I have only ever tried Nigerian food a handful of times however, this is the most flavorful food. The amount of food you get for the money that you pay is spot on you will be full She made the food fresh and the fufu was so perfectly textured. I think I ate all my food in 10 minutes or less. I went back to ask for another napkin and you can tell that the owner has so much pride in her food and she put so much love into it she was easy to talk to, and she had so much .This is not just a regular food truck at all a few things to know if she takes cash app Venmo and cash no cards which is actually more convenient. She works very fast and all of my food was hot. I got the jerk chicken and the jolaf rice and I have one complaint about this food truck. Honestly, this needs to be a complete restaurant . If you have not tried this food yet don't walk run ! PERFECTION !

We saw a few different trucks in the Pearlridge lineup and after social media research, we went with Enchanted.Service 2.5/5. We were up first and I asked if there were smaller portions (mini-plate kine) and was told no then "how much you got, 20? I'll make you a plate for 20!" Red flag #1. As we waited, a full 7 minutes pass and the lady is consumed with entertaining 2 other people after us and not making our food. Red flag #2. We got the food and when I tell you never again, I mean NEVER AGAIN. I am wholeheartedly supportive of local businesses and I get rising cost but the amount of food for $20 was just nuts. Food 2.5/5Soup was extremely seasoned & I'm a heavy seasoning person but this was just too much. Fufu was mush. Not sure if that's supposed to be the texture but not for us. That's just MY OPINION.
