Wow, what a fantastic experience. I highly recommend booking this company. We were looking for an island tour that fit our wants. Tony was our driver and he was fantastic. We told him exactly what experiences we were looking for and he nailed it. We went to the Waimea botanical gardens where we saw beautiful vegetation and an amazing waterfall. He also took us to the North Shore, a macadamia nut Farm and several of Hawaii's most beautiful beaches. Thank You Tony for a perfect Hawaiian tour.

Highly recommend Elite. My daughter and I flew into HNL, were greeted by Tony, who was waiting for us at arrivals inside. Professionally dressed with a sign, and Lei's. He was kind, professional, and provided great customer service. After flying 6 hours, so nice to land and not worry how you are going to get to the resort with all your luggage. Escalade was very clean, and perfect climate control. Ask for Tony, he is worth it! He provided lots of good information about the city...

I called Elite Town Car Service for a ride from HNL to Waikiki. The team did a great job of communicating pickup instructions. Pickup from outside of baggage claim was seamless. I will happily call Elite Town Car for rides in the future.

Courteous and timely drivers. Left my phone in one of their cars and they drove 10 miles back to return it.

Fantastic service. Called day of when we were flying over from Kona and was able to get a limo. Was just expecting a sedan or suburban, etc., but instead we were transported in a stretch limo.Driver met us at baggage claim, and we grabbed our bags and he was parked right outside the door. Got in and we're off to Waikiki. They also provided cold bottled water and a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Nice touch! Price was about $20 more than a ride share, and no waiting in line, or waiting for a driver to pick you up. AC was blasting, limo was beautiful and clean and we got where we needed to go FAST. No worrying about...ride share crap--with a stinky car or driver just waiting to give you a bad rating if you ask to have AC on when it's 95* and humid.Elite limo is great and would do it again. Very easy to book over the phone, and no stress fumbling around trying to get a ride share or taxi...or taking the complicated, slow bus ride.

Communication with Gary was easy. Prom was at Koolau Ballroom and I thought the price would be outrageous but it was reasonable, especially since we booked week of prom. We got a fixed price for going and pick up. Drivers tip was paid up front prior to pick up.On the morning of prom, the driver called to reconfirm. The driver arrived early but allowed us to take the usual Pre-prom photos without making us feel rushed.After prom, the driver arrived for pick up as arranged and safely brought our children back to us.
