We really only went inside to look but the prices were better than everywhere I went before so we told them we needed a couch. Reo helped me look at a couple couches but I told her the size and budget limitations and she immediately showed me this for $899 which we bought right away of course. We opted for delivery which was about $140. She set up the delivery guys to deliver and assemble it for me on my day off and they were in and out in under an hour. Thank you to Reo and the delivery guys for the great service, 10/10 would recommend.

First off i wouldn't recommend you working with GINA the "ASSISTANT MANAGER" She was way too rude and asking way to many questions that was very irrelevant. You could tell she was mad because we didnt purchase anything the fist time we came mind you we still had too get rid of our old mattress first so that started and attitude so we come in the next day and off the bat she was very rude like she had too deal with me again. Anyway i threw the old bed away so i can purchase a new one but then she lets me know now that i would have too pick it up from the PC warehouse i wouldnt mind but coming after work they were already closed ( 1:00 ) so yeah me and my GF had too sleep on the floor for the night because she said she had em in STOCK apperntly yeah at the PC ware house so all in all just avoid GINA ZIMMERMAN unless you want too be talk too like crap I see plenty reviews about her attitude idk how's she's the manager

My mom was sofa hunting, so we stopped by this place. We looked around and they had some sofas. Even though their name is Elite Discount Furniture, we found sofas at cheaper prices at other locations. We were helped by a nice sales associate. He showed us different sofas and kept saying that he would get us a good discount. My mom didn't find anything that she liked, so we never asked what the discount would be. It's two stories. We didn't head upstairs. We found sofas, beds and massage chairs on the first level. Ahhhh massage chairs!!! I could use one of those.

Can here during Black Friday weekend looking for a sleeper sectional or any nice sectional to add to our space. When we got here, we were greeted but didn't get much attention from the sales people. We came with our two kids, and of course just browsing selections firsts when we started to make some selections, we asked the guy how long the sale was and he told us, then we left. We did hear another guy making deals with an older couple, telling them that he could give an extra discount knock off, so we thought, cool, hopefully they'll do that if we come back. We came back the next day, and again we were greeted, but no one offered to help us. We went to the back side where we saw another lady at the computer, her name was, Yoli. She was busy putting in another order for another customer. What we liked about her was she still answered our questions and checked in with us on our decision. She seemed genuine. The other salespeople weren't genuine, and we even got snobbed by two. But we were determined to get the couch we liked. After Yoli was done helping the other people, she came back to us, and helped us. She was great! Got our order in, and out in our delivery request. We didn't get an extra discount though like we hoped. But the experience with Yoli was better than the other people there. We love our new couch, and we wanna thank Yoli for the amazing customer service she had!

We've visited this store a few times and recently we tried going upstairs for the first time. They had dining room and beds on the 2nd floor. We were greeted nicely and we got to walk and try sitting in different dining chairs by ourselves. Many dining sets but a few allow the chairs to be purchased separately if needed.That few minutes to just look and sit really benefited rather than a salesperson immediately following and talking the whole time. We got to sign up for a 12 month payment (depends on your credit score though) and got to set a delivery date. It's so great they have products pretty much ready to deliver immediately. However wish we had a product picture for reference (many products not available online). They allowed me to take pictures after I purchased. Their website seemingly takes requests for quotes and price offers, but they never did respond to any of mine.The delivery team took care to set up the dining table and chairs neatly where we wanted it. They delivered it in a couple days as scheduled.

I just purchased a leather massage sofa and loveseat. It is amazing!!! I enjoyed my shopping experience and had a wonderful salesman named Sam. There was no waiting for my furniture as they delivered it within a week as I asked. What else can you ask for? Good prices too!!!.

Do not waste your money on their furniture. We bought a chaise sofa bed and not even within the year, a bunch of the springs had broke. This is a big safety issue for my 1 year old. We did not know there was a one year warranty until I called later on. We spent $1000 or so plus delivery fees and couches should last for at least 5 years plus. The manager offered a discount for another couch but it didn't sound like much, plus now we have to spend even more money to get another couch and delivery. I recommend going to Homeworld or Ashley furniture or something.

Mary Ann's service was .Long line was forming, but she just left the register to fix hangers LMAO. She left me standing there to the point that her fellow cashier called her to help. Never had problems before.
